On my other account, I have Firebird M1 8/10 and M2 is ready to be unlocked for 94 600, which I don't have. If I upgrade the M1 to 10/10 will I get the M2 or will I still have to buy it for 94 600?

Hey,

 

As @Pyre has already said, upgrading the turret to an M2 (via MU) will allow you to buy the M2 for free.

The same goes for anything else — upgrading anything (fully) via Micro Upgrades, will allow you to buy the next tier once you have reached the required rank.

I've always had my turret and hull MUed to 10/10 before it unlocks by rank. I wanted to make sure I was ok for a little while. This is on an account I don't play very often.

It will be the exact same as Week 10, as you progress through higher ranks, it'll get better and bigger. See the link provided below for more information.

Why was Tanki Online dubbed the name "Tanki?" It sounds very childish, like a parent giving a 2 or 3 year old a toy tank and saying, "Hey! Look I got you for your birthday! A new tanki! Come on, let's play with your new tanki. See? The wheels roll around when you push it. And see this? It's a cannon and when you push it the cannon turns back and forth. Isn't that cool?"

 

When I first saw the name Tanki Online, that's the way I had pictured it. A young child's game involving a tank. I had passed the game up several times because of the name. It wasn't until curiosity got the best of me and looked into a little deeper did I realize that wasn't the case at all. 

 

So, why the name "Tanki"?

Why do tanks respawn under other tanks they are ghosting?

 

We used to use that as a tactic. 3 or 4 tanks would ghost a Mammoth. The last one to ghost would be a Wasp or Hornet. The Mammoth would get the group as far as possible into enemy territory. When the Mammoth died, the 1st one to ghost would materialize and keep carrying the group. When we got to the enemy base, we all would separate, materialize and fight off the enemy while the Wasp or Hornet grabbed the flag and sped off. This was usually used on Noise to get the blue team past red team. 

 

A few times I tried to ghost another tank into enemy territory, but I would materialize before we got there. Is there a reason for that?

Any one know why MM battles are only 4 minutes long on test server? Has it been like that for a long time?Please don’t say they’re thinking of reducing it even further

I logged into this forum for the first time today and the date on my profile shows today's date.  I want to know when I started playing Tanki as a Recruit.  When did I crate this account?

Do Overdrive update coming to tanki now???

 

I asked this question because just right before posting this question I noticed a huge explosion (the cosmonautics explosion) which was given to Wasp!

And that's not just it I also experienced a Circled-Overdrive myself (Equipment=Hornet).Like in this Screenshot

 

Sorry I don't have original images because I was fighting with juggernaut.

You might be able to find it by contacting customer service. Other than that, its impossible (although you can find the date you joined the Forum, if that is any help.)

It seems that a lot of people have seen this. I guess the devs are testing the new graphics (maybe the effects also?) on the main servers.

It looks like it's just the graphics they are testing. I saw the Wasp OD in a recruit battle, but it didn't destroy/damage any of the surrounding enemy tanks.

Nope, there is no way to find the exact date, the Help Desk doesnt provide it either as that information is used to verify users in case of account issues.

If you don't know the date, then how can you give that as proof you own the account? I don't think there are many who know the date they started playing. It's not something one would ordinarily keep track of.

Well, the tactic you just described isn't exactly how the game is meant to be played (sure can be a fun challenge and good tactic though), they prevented that tactic from being used.

 

If you don't know the date, then how can you give that as proof you own the account? I don't think there are many who know the date they started playing. It's not something one would ordinarily keep track of.  

It is more likely for the creator of an account to know the start date (approximately) than someone else who might try to pose as the creator. When you're registering an new account, you'll get a confirmation e-mail. If you don't delete that e-mail, it'll be really easy to keep track of when you've started the game.

I can't get emails registred to my account(s) since 2014, only temporary. I contacted the help desk whenever the email becomes unresponsive but it's a matter of weeks when the email becomes unresponsive. I check this by sending a password change request. I then check on the registred e-mail adress in all folders and nothing comes in. So I need to get through the hassle with tech support again to change to a different email adress.

 

Is there a way to fix this and get my email confirmed permanently? Right now I have enough to prove tech support that it's me but that requires sooo much more time than just confirming myself via a verified email adress. I have written tons of interviews about myself lol.

The only reason I remember that one is because it was created shortly after Tanki came out of beta....created either November or December 2009. I don't even remember the date when I made this one and it's the newest. I guess I'm S.O.L.

I don't find this to be an issue. Sometimes these things happen randomly.

I have never seen it ever happen. mostly when you always open up to the news info first then missions . unless there was no news which then yea you would open only missions. but  this time  I had both . so that is why I'm asking

When new bugs happens you can sure that developers are doing some changes in the background. It is no surprise that the mission system is affected now.
