Hey, I know battles in the parkour mode don't give you points/score, but do your kills/deaths in parkour contribute to your total KD?

I think that's down right ridiculous. Nothing else counts, why should K/D? Players are trying out new tricks, Parkour Teams are trying to accomplish a feat for a Parkour contest. There will be deaths, self destruction. It's inevitable. Each time the K/D goes down. Makes no sense, no logic. 

 

It's like a Company that constantly exposes their employees to high risk, high hazardous duties, but carries no workman's comp, no employee insurance. It tells the employees, if you get hurt, injured, incapacitated, too bad. You pay the medical bill. If you die, been nice knowing you.

It does make sense that K/D shoudnt count in Parkour. Its not a real test of how many tanks you can destroy compared to how many times you are destroyed, so it shoudnt be counted. It also might help with the parkour-killers who are just trying to raise their K/D. Honestly I dont care about my K/D, but some people do and the way it is now could prevent them from enjoying Parkour. I think there is already a topic for this in I&S BTW.

This is going to be a complex question that I'm guessing that only a dev can answer.

 

When will we get a new version of the AE? When will we get the functional libraries for JGR and ASL? When will we get the confirmed list of all the proplibs used in the game? When will the devs start accepting player-made maps to replace poorly made ones like highways and hill? When will we have another map making contest that has a set of guidelines of what makes a good map? When will the mapmaking article on the Wiki be updated as the part about joints don't apply to the newer props?

 

 

Please get Hazel to look at this. This isn't an everyday "I HATE TENKI ENLINE ETZ PEY TO WINNNNN!!111111" hate post on the forum. It's a genuine question that I'm asking the devs.

They can't even be bothered to update the EN Wiki. We have to go to the Russian page for information. Sure we get news of the updates, but to refresh the memory, we have to go to Russia. Yeah, right. Wipe that smirk off you face, Russia. So, keep wishing for updated map making. They are discouraging you from making maps.

  2. When are Challenges going to release (Specific Date)?
  3. When Is Juggernaut coming in PRO battles?
  4. When is Juggernaut coming in TO Mobile?
  5. Will Juggernaut have a new specific overdrive?
  6. When is TO mobile's GUI coming TO PC

I will ask more if I want. Any answer will be much appreciated!

You have to understand that Tanki Online is a Russian game; with Russian developers, a Russian team, Russian creators and makers of the game. It is no wonder that the Russians are the first ones getting all kind of updates, news and information related to the game. Although not fair at times, it does make sense. 

 

In order to get the information, updates and news in the English format, you have to receive an official translation from those responsible. The Wiki Team, despite wanting to, cannot go on to the Russian Wiki and translate the text into English themselves to add to the English Wiki page. As it is an official page and site of Tanki Online, the team can only add information officially sent to them. This is why at times you will see a poor translation on a page or information that is not so crystal-clear. 

 

Like I said, it can be quite annoying but we have to understand why it is like this. I would really recommend you post any suggestions and/or outdated pages found on the EN Wiki page on the topic listed below for the team to look at and take any actions necessary. I have also forwarded your reply to @Hexed (EN Wiki Admin), who will be able to give a little more information.

well, i had a little question about TO mobile, idk if this is the right topic but anyway, i installed TO mobile today and everything is fine except one little thing. When i turn my turret to for example the right side to shoot a enemie, the turret turns back to the normal position  after a couple secs. This is very annoying and i cant find a way to solve it.

anyone who can help me?  ;)

Hmm... As you defined the problem, This must be when you press the tiny turn button on the corner of the mobile screen. Or if this is wrong then it Must be a feature! Please report it to Tanki Online Devs.

It's hard to answer to these questions correctly, but developers still working on OD update, maybe in a while developers will add these updates too. Edited by Xone

So what exactly is the issue with PayPal they are trying to resolve? The timing is odd that they removed it just right before the huge Black Friday sale. PayPal, itself, is working fine. And it was working fine before Black Friday. So what is the issue?

That is quite painful; believe me, I know! The solution to this problem is rather simple, all it requires is a few mouse clicks and voila. Simply follow the steps listed below.

 

(1): Click your "Settings" — ("Screenshot Example");

(2): Turn "Alternate camera behaviour" ON/OFF;

(3): Click on the "Controls" tab — ("Screenshot Example");

(4): Turn "Mouse Controls" ON/OFF.

Okay but I use my Mouse to control than the keyboard as I find the moving the mouse more comfortable. Is there any other way that this problem could be sorted?

Hey,

 

If you use mouse controls, the camera settings for it are a little different. I would recommend trying an alternative method of custom camera settings by following the guide listed below.

When I join a battle I lag every secondes, what is the problem and the soluion?

Lag is mainly caused due to FPS or Ping,

Please check this for more info. on how to reduce lag.

So what exactly is the issue with PayPal they are trying to resolve? The timing is odd that they removed it just right before the huge Black Friday sale. PayPal, itself, is working fine. And it was working fine before Black Friday. So what is the issue?

The only detail that was given is that its an issue on PayPal's end, they tried to reach an agreement with another payment provider in time for Black Friday but apparently it wasn't entirely successful.

Hey, I think you must've accidentally pressed the Reset button (the button with 2 arrows on the bottom right of the screen) which resets your turret to its original position.

Because there's either no straightforward answer to the question, or it's information that they cannot share with the public (yet). If they have any information to share on the subject of your questions, you'll be informed about it, but no sooner unfortunately.

My question is about Hornet's new overdrive. The overdrive neutralizes the protection of tanks hit by the one who activates the OD. I know that the OD neutralizes Module's protection against the turret in use, but my questions are

1- Does the ignorance of protection include mines too?

2- Does it include protection by Double Armour and Titan's "Shield Generator" overdrive too?
