If you are talking about the error with tanki client, there was an issue with the client and it's fixed now.

Turret/Hull kits arent currently available, devs haven't released any information about when they might come back.

 

Garage supply kits are permanently removed in favour of the Showcase ones.

I was thinking about tanki online projects and one of them was tanki 2.0, why devs chose to cancel this project and work on tanki x instead?
I know time gap between them is big, but as I saw trailers of 2.0 it was much better graphically and much more simmilar to original tanki online than tanki x.

Hello,

I've recently got a new gaming laptop, with high-end specs and I was certain it would allow me to run Tanki (as well as other games) at maxed graphics with ease. Yet, to my surprise I'm getting 35 FPS max when I have graphics on and it barely runs at 60 FPS when everything is off.

 

At first I thought my PC was at fault, but then I ran a benchmark test (Heaven benchmark 4.0) at the highest possible graphics and my PC scored a remarkable (avg. FPS 106.0, 2670 score, min. FPS 9.1, max. FPS 212.7)

 

So, now I'm certain the problem doesn't lie within my PC and it's capabilities, though I've been told that because my screen operates at 144hz it could cause drops in FPS performance, so I decreased it to 60hz and the problem remained. Keep in mind I tried playing the browser version (which ran HTML5) as well as the client.

 

If required I can provide my computer's specifications, but for now, is there anything I can do to fix this?

 

Edit: I've already installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

Each account is different since these are custom packs for each player. I believe they usually last a week.

 each player have these same packs, once you buy it, 1 million pack will appear, then 1.5, then 2 and 2.5 i believe is the last one, these bundles aren't even new, very old.

Since you have a laptop. There's 2 things I will recommend.

 

1. Make sure that you are using "High Performance" mode on your power settings and play with the charger plugged in.

 

2. If you have dual graphics (like an nvidia/amd one and an intel one, which is common in laptops) Then when playing the game, let's say from Client. Right click on client, and select, "Run with graphics processor" ->High performance one. Like this  

 

That should hopefully be enough.

 A friend of mine helped me fix it. Apparently, when I ran the benchmark simulation my laptop used the RTX 2070 to process it. But whenever I use Tanki, as funny as it may seem, the computer doesn't recognize it as a game and sends its processing duties to the integrated processor and not to the graphics card. All I needed to do was shift the processing duties to the RTX2070 and, well, now it's running as smooth as I've always dreamed it would!

As far as I know, there is no option to log into the forum using accounts made through google account. please help.

Gifts are not added in the HTML5 version yet. To send the "Happy Birthday!" gift to your friend, you need to use the flash version.

The shop has a rename pass which you can buy for Tankoins. Afaik, it's only on the Flash version. Idk how it is for HTML5.

First please follow the instructions here to create a username for your web account: https://help.tankionline.com/knowledge-bases/7/articles/57912-how-to-enter-the-game-via-google-plus

 

Next, you will need to email help@tankionline.com and request that they set up a password for your account.

 

Hopefully they will be able to do that for you once they have verified you are the account holder, make sure that you send the email from your Tanki Gmail account.

Maybe I am wrong but it looks like you all have removed batteries from the shop. Someone said they had been doubled in price, which seems in bad taste, but when I look I dont see them at all
