A few years back, there was an update that caused several players to lose accounts. I lost two. I went through all the steps to get them back. Problem: I had made purchases nearly 2 years prior. One of the questions was, "Have you ever made a purchase?" They wanted a screenshot of my receipts. I didn't have them. After about 6 months of them being in my email, I deleted them. I never figured there would be a problem. I told them I didn't have the receipts any more. They asked me to send them the month, date and year of all purchases. I emailed them back telling them I knew the approximate month (like August or September) and the year, but not the exact date. After all it had been nearly 2 years. They emailed me  back and, in essence, said.....Sorry we can't help you without all the information requested. 

 

I could answer all the other questions, but that one. I never got my accounts back.

That's strange. I changed my nickname a few times and didn't have any receipts from transactions made nearly a year prior but I gave them an approximate date and it was fine for me. Possibly because a nickname change is much smaller than getting an entire account back.

As for your question, the name basically says it all. It's for example possible to drive through other tanks with it as if they're not even there. It kind of looks like you're trying to block someone who's lagging (that won't work).

i really didn't got it but if you mean if you have mission to be the first place in any game or death match  No you will not complete it by top 3 you need the first place.

Depends on what type of mission you got, If the mission is to finish the battle among top 3 of the winning team then yes, you need to take one of top 3 places in the winner's team. For more info about the mission can found here.

Client+ is 3rd party software and it's highly recommended not to play on, and it's not allowed to share any links to those kind of things on forum.

You can PM @CooperO and she will give you Standalone Flash player 13 which works like charm.

In Ideas & Suggestions there are a lot of contributions that are "under review" but never get "declined", "planned." What happens to these contributions? Are they archived? Are they ever reviewed again? If a contribution is archived as "under review" or even "declined" can they be suggested again for reconsideration? 

 

The game evolves and what may not have been possible at one time, may be possible now.

The game evolves and what may not have been possible at one time, may be possible now.  

The issue is that players are posting much more ideas that developers can physically check, evaluate and implement. All of the ideas which are currently "under review" have a chance of being added to the game at some point in the future. Unfortunately it's impossible to say with certainty when it will happen or whether it will happen at all, but it doesn't make sense to mark them as "planned" or "declined" since we have no confirmation from developers about it.

 

Ideas used to get archived after 6 months, but that created an issue of the same ideas being posted over and over again due to the fact that previous versions of the same idea got archived. This was a significant issue, so valid ideas no longer get archived.

I want to change the color of the Twins projectile by changing the color of the files, however, I can not find the Twins projectile, only the effect that goes on the cannon, but not the projectile itself. My question is: Is it a PNG file, XML, or something else? Can it be changed as it is with railgun and isida?

You are required to read and agree to the game rules upon signing up and they state:

 

2.1.3. Exploitation of software bugs in the Game, and transferring information about them to third persons, except for the Administration;

 

Changing texture files is regarded as an exploitation of a bug. There are plans to introduce M0 alterations that will allow you to customise the colour of projectiles. Nothing has actually come out yet though.
