How come every game I get at least a 2.00 KD, but my overall KD's been dropping?

Are you sure you don’t play in Parkour mode games? They effect K/D.

In Juggernaut mode, do kills made by players other than Juggernaut count towards stars? In other words, can a player go to Juggernaut and just kill other players without any regards to the Juggernaut and have those kills count towards stars?

Yes, since the objective of the mode is to have as many kills as possible. Not to be Juggernaut.

This was copied from the WIKI:

Main Article: Juggernaut (JGR_Icon.png)

Juggernaut is very similar to Deathmatch (DM), but with a slight twist. In the beginning of a match, the server randomly picks one person to become the "Juggernaut" - a tank with super-enhanced capabilities like increased armor, speed and reload time. The goal of the mode is to try and find, then destroy the Juggernaut; and the player who does so becomes the next Juggernaut, and the cycle continues.

So, the goal is NOT to kill as many players as possible, but rather to kill the Juggernaut. The player who shoots the killing shot is the one who becomes Juggernaut. The way Tanki is set up, the mode has to be DM, it can't be TDM.

As you explained it, the goal is to get as many kills as possible (not necessarily Juggernaut). That's regular DM. If that be the case, then there are 2 DM modes in which to goal is to kill as many as possible. Why not get rid of DM and just have Juggernaut mode, since, as you have explained, both are the same?

Shall I make that suggestion in I&S? Suggestion: Since the goal in DM and Juggernaut are to kill as many as possible without regard to the Juggernaut, then delete regular DM because the two modes are repetitive.

Guess I was slightly wrong then. Either way the kills count towards stars. As for the the I&S topic, I think Maf has enough silly ideas to deal with ;p

Where can I find battle fund sharing rules?

If you're referring to how the battle fund is calculated and divided amongst players in the battle, such information remains confidential from developers.

I change the question:  Is there rules how points are given in each battle mode?  Where are the rules?

There are no 'rules', its a simple logic-code.

10 exp per kill. And any digit between 1-9 for assist (depends on how much damage you did, and premium/beginners' pass).

Along these lines for captures etc

10 for kills, 5? for neutralizing a point, 10 for capping. 100 EXP for flags capped, 20? for assisting the capture. I think 50 for scoring in Rugby. in ASL the score I have received from delivering flags seems to change...

You can probably find the info in the wiki somewhere.

Sorry, Ninja, suggesting in I&S was a trap. I knew you were wrong in your explanation of the goal in Juggernaut. I was merely pointing that out. However, if you kept insisting that your explanation was correct, then I would have made the suggestion with your quote.

*Ninja finds the key to the trap and gets out unscathed*

Do developpers of Tanki Online can see all email and password of members?

They know your email, and can probably find out your password if they desire.

Can moderators see which person reports a player, topic or post? This goes for battle and forum moderators.

Obviously yes.

If I actively help people around the forums will my chances of being a forum helper improve?

Of course. The task of the Forum Moderators is to help players around the forum, so if you'll do it and you'll show you're experienced player who has the right knowledge to help other players, that will increase your chances to become a helper. But be aware that there are other things that matter such as; your karma and behavior to other players.

I highly recommend you to check this topic → Forum Moderator - Application information

Of course, one of the main tasks for our forum moderators' is the help answer their game related questions and monitoring what's being said around the forum making sure every post and topic doesn't go against the game rules.

Of course that's not all there is to it, I'm just providing you a broad view of the day-to-day activities that a moderator goes through.
