Follow the instruction from the help site: https://help.tankionline.com/knowledge-bases/7/articles/2347-what-is-standalone-flash-player

It will lead you to the list of standalone option:

Select the 4th one as shown on the picture, like MSI said above.

The "projector" version is a standalone player that can open SWF files directly.

Then continue with he instruction form the helpsite.

Help site is outdated, when I click on "For windows" it shows error 404 not found. I wonder why there is plug-in link on wiki, and not standalone's.

 

My FPS sometimes drops to 40 on client, that's why wanted to try flash player, but it's worse.

Why was the battle time reduced from 10 minutes to 9 minutes?

 

When it was changed from 15 minutes to 10 minutes, at least we got a (lame) reason. This time no reason at all. What's the advantage?

That may be a question for Nives, Im not sure if the mods will have an answer.

Mods talk to Devs, but Devs don't talk to Mods? The Mods are the middlemen between the Devs and the players, but the Devs don't give the Mods the tools they need to do their job...like giving them reasonable answers to reasonable burning questions. All they can do is say, "I don't know" or don't answer at all.  Are the Mods not asking the questions? Or are the Devs not giving the answers? Shhhhh. We can't say, it's Top Secret on a need to know basis only and the Mods don't need to know. Their Security Clearance isn't high enough.  :ph34r:

Are you kidding me? They didn't think that the players would question such a move? Are you insinuating that the Devs think we are dumb, stupid and ignorant? Nvm.

First: consider the term "moderator." A person that moderates - not asks questions. Some transfer feedback to devs / CM, we should be thankful for that.

 

The community manager, on the other hand, is the middleman between devs and players. He communicates feedback and receives answers (or doesn't).

Answer can appears in many shapes and channels. If it was previously given, we can redirect you to it. If it was not answered, we can not do much. If you ask it in the initial post (in Anoucment & dev news topic) you might get answer from Nives, if not, Nives report it to the devs. Regarding your question, the former case happened and the answer will come in tomorrow's V-log. So make sure you watch it.

sure it will make your ping good, but its not easy to make servers in other countries.

It shouldn't be too difficult if it was put in a Russian allied country. France, Cuba and Mexico are on good terms.

I don't think TO takes visa gift cards.

 

But PayPal should be fine.

 

If you want to use a gift card, I would recommend one with a Wal-Mart brand.
