Question #1...Do you know the reason why sometimes I'll click on a battle mode in MM and end up in a different mode? It just happened again. I clicked on DM and was sent to ASL. Opposite ends of the list so I know I didn't click on ASL by mistake. This seems to happen on occasion. 

 

Question #2...I looked for this answer in the RU Wiki, but it doesn't seem to be there. How long does the Vulcan afterburn last? It tells me the percentage of damage, but not how long it lasts.

depends on the temperature. for every 0,1 unit it lasts for 1 second... so if you heat it to max temperature it will last for 10 seconds...

 

to calculate temperature, use the rate of heating multiplied by the time it gets heated

In the mission "Score points in ASL" does that mean if I'm on blue team, I have to score defense points and if on red team I have to score caps? Or, if on red team does kills count, too. I need to know so I'll know how to dress for the occasion.

You are just trying to get battle score in any way possible: kills, capturing, healing with isida, etc. So yes, you can get the needed points by killing the enemy while on red team.

When I try to PM Ostrica it says I can't. Why? It says she is not a member of PM.

I dont seem to have any issue with it. Maybe he/she/it blocked you.

Probably it isnt affected by M level, since is doesnt unlock until a pretty high rank anyway. There arent really exact numbers for most of the alterations unfortunately, even in the Wiki.

no it doesn't depend on the modification level. it is 0,5 for every critical shot. as such, it should last for 5 seconds.

are you talking about the overheating? or the burning dealth to enemies from the hot strip alteration? 

 

for overheating, it will continue to last after you stop firing based on how long you let it overheat.

to calculate burning time, multiply heating rate by the time you overheat and then multiply it by 10. just not that 10s is the max and it can't go higher than that. 

so for m4, if it's for 2 seconds or longer then it will last for 10 seconds... anything less than 2s, multiply the time in seconds by 5 (0,5*10) and that is how long the overheating will continue after you stop firing... 

 

for the alteration, to calculate how long burning will last for any modification... multiply the time you shoot at your target in seconds (while overheating) by 2 and that is how long he will brun for. if it reaches 5 seconds or more than he will burn for 10 seconds max and not more.

My clan tab always has that red "!" next to it, even if there isn't a notification. I check the tab. The exclamation mark appears next to the Members tab. I click it. The "!" disappears. But, after I go somewhere else, like the Battles tab, or Garage, it appears again. Sometimes the notification is legit, but after "reading" it, it still stays.

Are they planning to change the update where buildings and certain areas are off limits anytime soon? I've self-destructed in a bunch of weird situations and it's starting to get annoying. One time I was on top of another tank, one other time the jugg's overdrive launched me slightly on top of a wall and I sd. So annoying. I would like this fixed. 

 

*They should just remove this update in general. I've never had these kind of issues before.

I was driving across our own base with full health (I just respawned). Suddenly, my tank (Titan) flipped onto its back without losing any health. Is that the Magnum mine alt? It happened very quickly. It wasn't like I flipped and landed beside the spot where I was, I landed on my back in the exact same spot as where I was. It was like if you take a playing card, flipped it over and put it back in the same spot. That's the only time it happened and I didn't see any of my teammates flipping.

Most walls and buildings in MM/non-pro are off-limit to prevent jump hackers getting on them and/or goldmults sitting there for the whole match. Also, there is a limit to how high you can jump to prevent jump/fly hackers, but it isn't way too low to come in way of normal playing.

 

As for if you self destruct while just jumping around or getting on someone's tank and then self destructing, that's anti-cheat's false negative problem.

There are a number of ways you can do this, without having to enter one's account. The best (and the easiest) would be to simply invite the friend in question to a private battle and drop Gold Boxes. The other way, which will be more helpful in your case, would be for your friend to send you a link to buy the crystals. To do this, follow the steps listed below.

 

• (1): Ask the friend to visit the "Shop";
• (2): Ask the friend to pick a crystal pack (eg: 200 000 Crystals, 200 000 Crystals (Free); £49.99);
• (3): Ask the friend to pick a payment method (eg: PayPal);
• (4): Ask the friend to provide you with the link now opened in their browser ("Screenshot Example");

   

• (5): Now it is your turn to finish the process off, just like you would with your normal account while buying something from the Tanki Online Shop.

After reading about half of that text, I was about to jump with joy that the one and only Guido was going to buy me some crystals. Apparently, you had a lot more evil thoughts than I had expected.  :ph34r: 

 

I have just tested this theory and it appears that the link is updated every so often, rendering it outdated after a few minutes. Which means, I am indeed safe from your dark thoughts about what you might have planned for my poor little account.  B)

The Magnums mine alt isn't as powerful, and you do take damage when you drive over it. IMO it either could be lag, a bug, or something close to Juggernaut's Overdrive? That's the best I've got so far but I know for a fact that it's not Magnums mining Alteration.
