Forums usually have a a function to sign in your account anonymously so you can use your account without it appearing as 'online'.

 

This forum has this function disabled on the sign in page but still shows the number of users, since its disabled it should always remain at 0.

The Guests users are all users who are visiting the Forums without logging into their accounts. Once and if they do, they will become one of the Members. The "X users are online (in the past 5 minutes)" simply states the total number of users (that includes Members, Guests, and Anonymous users) have visited the Forums in the past five minutes.

Don't worry, as long as the video is of good quality and is clearly showing the violation, it should be accepted (and also due to the nature of the mentioned violation, of under which circumstances it'd be impossible to record a longer required video).

i don't think it's necessary, the video must only have a strong proof and evidence of him hacking/cheating during the battle.

I was asking because I was in Highways TDM. The other team had a Shaft sitting on the upper tier that was one shotting my Titan with 3500 armor plus DA and full health.

if he was using double damage then he could deal up to 3900 on you. 

 

although with booster drone these days you can get one shot by anything

An M3+/M4 Shaft combined with its 'Heavy capacitors' alteration and double damage can deal up to 7,800 maximum damage in sniping mode, however when combined with a fully micro-upgraded 'Booster' drone as well under the same circumstances, it can deal up to a whopping 15,600 maximum damage in sniping mode, so yeah.. no amount of available armour could help. ;p

The defender drone can neutralise the effect of the booster drone. It is probably better than the lifeguard drone.

Indeed, I know, but in practice, the Shaft would win in virtually most (+99%) if not all cases (for a majority of reasons).

Nope. Lifeguard is the best. In Meteorite Gold event, if you using Defender... your tank can still get destroyed by the explosion. Lifeguard other hand.... allow your tank goes to "Resurrection" mode after its destruction. Even when a M4 HC Shaft with DP hits your tank.... boom! Rose from ashes! At least for a while.
