You probably have some corrupted texture files, try reloading it.

If a tank doesn't move for 2 minutes(?), it's booted from the battle as inactive. If  a player who has logged into a battle is suddenly called away from the computer (life happens) and he doesn't get back in the allotted time. While he's away, the opposing team has taken over his team's base and the player's tank is repeatedly being spawn killed. Does the game recognize this as active or inactive?

 

Different scenario, same situation, but this time the base is not being overrun but the player's tank is still being killed on occasion, as an easy kill. The tank respawns and a minute or two later, is killed again. Is this considered by the game as being active or inactive?

If the player doesn't move in the battle or doesn't do any type of actions in general (Kills for exemple), that's called inactivity. 

In both situations, the player you were talking about was inactive.  :)

Kills don't count as being active. Only movement of your hull is considered active. Example: Shaft is the biggest victim of an inactive boot, even though they have a high kill count in that battle. 

 

The reasons I asked are twofold:

 

1...I've seen tanks that never seem to move. They are killed and respawn, yet they aren't kicked from battle.

2...When a base has been overtaken by the opposing team and are getting spawn killed, many times tanks don't have time to react before they are spawn killed again. I've been in that situation many times, yet I never got booted from a battle.

Someone in my family wanted to try the new GAUSS turret, but instead of logging into his account bought it for me. This is so frustrating. This weapon is so not my style. I have worked very hard to save crystals for the Birthday celebration to buy upgrades, and now a big chunk of it is gone.  Is there any chance to reverse this transaction and refund my crystals. I would be very greatful. 

 

PS: I can see now that this is not the proper  topic for such request, but do not really now which the right topic would be to recieve some attention.

Well, it is possible to apply for the return of lost crystals, but dont get your hopes up. They refuse to return it if a family member was the one who did it. Here is the form if you want to try anyway.

That's what you get for not keeping your password secure. To prevent that from happening in the future, change your password now, if you haven't already done it, and keep it to yourself. Never trust anyone with a password. Since he has his own account he has no business logging into yours. Maybe you can talk him into buying you a gift card so you can buy crystals from the store to make up for the ones he spent without your authorization. Lesson learned (I hope).

That's what you get for not keeping your password secure. To prevent that from happening in the future, change your password now, if you haven't already done it, and keep it to yourself. Never trust anyone with a password. Since he has his own account he has no business logging into yours. Maybe you can talk him into buying you a gift card so you can buy crystals from the store to make up for the ones he spent without your authorization. Lesson learned (I hope). 

At least it's only 80K. Not great, but better than some (117K for Hammer, ya know).

There is a checkbox  on the login screen. If checked the password is not required any more to log in.  This was an honest mistake. It is easy to click on the wrong login name and not notice it.

They won't answer anything else other than what we've said, even if you do post in the game discussion and get a helpful mod. They'll just refer you to the form @u812ic linked to, or say there's no way to refund crystals.

True. I just meant at least it wasn't a more expensive one, because 37K is a lot more for a non-buyer.

Actually I did buy a few cheaper things like battle pass and premium account to be able to generate the crystals. But this makes it just more painful. I enjoyed making a "business" plan and seeing it through. The reason it frustrates me a lot is that it is kind of ruined now,  which kills the Joy from the Ride for me. ;) There wont be an other chance like this anniversary.

Players already told you everything you need to know - contact tech support with the form they linked, explain the situation and hope for the best. Also, be sure to change password and do not allow anyone an access to your account. That's all you can do at this point.

So I generally like to use shaft+titan and can pretty much plow through anything except a merciless Freeze. I was wondering if the Badger Module (freeze protection) was effective in decreasing the amount of time they can freeze you? For example, does a M2 module decrease freeze by 25% or is this just in damage only?
