If you have the DCC (Double Crystal Card) and you bought the 15K crystal pachage than it is normal for you to get 30K crystals instead of getting 15K crystals as you get the extra 15K from the DCC unless you mean something else.

Ok, maybe let me ask you a more simple of a question: How much do I get for the crystal package that costs 19.99,  with having a double crystal card?

It  would be nice if you can take a screenshot of it so I can know exactly which package you talking about so please do that if you can. Depending on your order details, you will receive the double crystal bonus. Let's say for example you bought  (50 000 crystals + 20 000 (bonus crystals) on top of that you will also receive 50 000 + 20 000 bonus crystals from the DCC, so in total you will get 140 000 crystals.  But keep in mind that the bonus crystals are already calculated into the package so you will only get what is written in there and not the the double of it. So if you see 14 000K crystals for example, that means that the bonus and everything else is already calculated and added in there, nothing is missing.  If you didn't receive the crystals into your account, please fill out this form.

 

As for the special offers and packages like holiday packages,etc these don't get affected by the double crystal card.

hey everyone, got a question, if you fully micro upgrade a m1, it unlocks the m2 for free. what if you fully upgrade that m1 when you reach a rank where that turret/hull becomes m3? are you still able to get the m2 and upgrade it? or is it strictly going to be a 0/10 m2 unless you buy the m3.

No, it will not allow you to get the M2 modification for free anymore and instead of showing that, it will show you the option to buy M3 modification at full cost if the rank you are allows you to buy/get the M3 modification.

Just don't do it again, sometimes it takes more than couple times to get banned or even blocked.

Since you haven't been banned whatever the reason is, I don't see the reason of doing it again if you thinking of so from now on just buy from the country where you live.

If you want to purchase something and you choose you local place, the country you live than there is absolutely nothing for you worry about and you can do it anytime you want.

Since you live in the UK according to what you wrote than rest assured. You won't get banned as long as you choose the country you live in so for example you said you live in the UK and you want to buy from UK than of course you won't get banned because that is where you live.

Yes and that is totally fine since the payment for UK is Euro as you said. Choose the country you buying from (in this case UK) and buy whatever you want, as much as you want, anytime you want.

What for sure is that it isn't allowed as I showed you the screenshot in my previous  answer but from now on, just keep buying it from your local area and you won't face any trouble or you don't have to worry about anything. Good luck buying and getting whatever you want!

You are basically saying that you shared account and someone from the US bought it? Well, sharing account isn't allowed either.

It happened once right? And you didn't got banned, right? My point is to move from it and never do it again and forget the whole question. You do know account sharing isn't allowed whether someone else buys you normally by going through the payment process or not, but since everything is ok now, I would recommend you to buy from your own country and not let someone else have access to your account or buy it for you anymore and that is it.  From now on you know what to do and what is allowed and what is not allowed, that is all that matters. Move from it.

That isn't what I mean, I'm trying to say this, u simply log into ur own acc, choose the payment method, send the LINK to them, and they buy it. It isn't account sharing.

Some payment methods do work like that and I don't know whether it actually is account sharing or not as you didn't give the other person who bought you the crystals your account password and you simply gave him the payment link so it is better to ask someone who knows better than me but it is nice that you are doing well and most importantly now you know where to buy and how to buy without getting into a trouble so I guess all is good. No, the test servers have invite codes and are for developers to test new updates before they are released.

 

Sometimes the test servers ARE opened publicly for mass-testing, in these cases you can log in like a normal server.

The test servers are only open for mass testing when a huge player base is needed to test an update. Though otherwise, testing is help privately only for Testers to take part in, this is why you were prompted to give an invite code, as only official Testers have it. Ok lol, look at the crystal packages in the shop. Look at the one that costs 19.99. I got a double crystal card like this one in the screenshot. Now, you should be able to see this, it says "free" 30000 crystals. Do I get this or is this based off buying more and me getting "free" versus buying less crystals. Just is the 30000 supposed to come extra from 60000, or is the 30000 already included in the 60000? It is confusing... Am I supposed to get 60k for 90k? That's all I wanted to know. If I was supposed to receive 90k, I was ripped off cause I only got 60k.
