As ninja mentioned it is and not many really go all the trouble of reading the whole thing as it is too much so here is it is:

Critical shots' damage isn't affected by range and the chance of striking a critical shot varies by modification.

It is one of the unique characterisitics of Smoky, yes. When shooting with smoky, occasionally you might see that the tank you just shot, got an electric shock like animation then you know you landed a critical shot on him. On an average, critical shots deal 2x damage of normal ones.

Here is how critical shots work after the new balance changes (I think they were released about a week ago):

 

At M0, critical shots do double the normal maximum damage per shot, but only a 5% chance of happening. This is to add a bit of luck to Smoky, to make it more fun for low ranked players. At M1 we see the critical chance increase, but the critical damage does not increase at the same ratio as the normal damage per shot. By M4, the critical shot only does about 15% more damage than a normal shot, but there is a 20% chance of it happening every shot you make. Basically, the higher modification it becomes, the more reliable it gets.

No, there are no current plans to release anymore XT equipment as developers don't like the idea of having two identical pieces of equipment in one garage. Thats what Hazel mentioned in the last livestream.

I meant XT skins. Like i understand then he said All and new XTs doesnt have point if they make XT SKINS.

So theres no point of XTs anymore, if you can turn them into skins

XT skins were mentioned at some point, I can't recall where though, can't really say much about future updates, thats up to the developers.

It is true that Hazel mentioned XTs in the Live-Stream and he said that XTs will turn into skins but that is all he said as far as I remember, not much info about them is said.  In case you want to know more about them if I missed something than I would suggest you to listen and watch the live-stream once more.

Nope, thats not really power leveling. 

 

An example of power leveling would be a Thunder shooting a wall and an Isida healing him for exp, that would lead to a ban.

Respected from yesterday I have a problem to finish the mission, the mission is 500 exp in ctf mode but it hacked at 487/500 and not far ahead.
The other two missions are normally rescinded, but today they will not even count for 487/500
I tried to play in the browser, the client and the standalone flash player, but there is no difference, deleted cashe and the internet data, restarted the computer and the router but it still stands. In advance, grateful to the advice about the resignation.
If it is possible I would not have changed because it was not easy to do it: D

Well, I'm just curious so I will just say this but you are doing the mission on CTF battles, right?  And you are aware that missions can only be done in NON-Pro battles, if yes than please take a small video if you can to prove that they aren't working. The video can be less than 2 minutes just to make sure and once you take the video, start a new topic in the P&S section but make sure you read the section rules carefully first.

When I compared the first screenshot and the second one you posted, it seems like you have done the last mission on the right and the super mission is working fine and since the other mission is just collecting repair kit boxes, would mind going into a CTF battle and gaining some experience? Make sure you take a full screen picture showing the battle mode if possible, thank you.

Probably clan currency but the Clan system isn't completed yet and is done like half way. So we can expect a future update which would add many more things to that system. It might take some time before clan system is finished though because currently the developers are working on moving the game to HTML5 from flash.

Does anyone know when the avalanche kit might next appear in shop? i need it for my alt account who is getting close to wo4 and  i want to buy it imeaditly upon ranking up and not have to wait a couple weeks otherwise i might just buy a different kit that i would less prefer :/

All kits available for your rank will be in the Shop permanently so you won't have to wait any second once you rank up, you can buy them anytime you want from the Shop but if you want the kit in your garage than you just have to wait till it shows up, kits rotate randomly so no one can tell when a kit will be available for purchase but in your case, you don't have to worry about such thing as waiting since you are going to buy the kit from the Shop and not from the garage. More info about the kits and their ranks can be found in here.
