But is there a function or something that determines the battle fund exactly? I know it increases with rank. 

You can see my and others previous posts, it might answer you first question. 

 

Moreover, the growing rate of the battle fund depends on the players activity. If the players active, the rate will be higher.  

 

I assume, that destroying a Generalissmo increase the fund in 10 - 14 crystals.

 

Furthermore, due to the removal of the crystals boxes I doubt if there is any up-to-date information.

Well, some of the jobs require helpers to handle sensitive information and use their discretion and no matter how mature one can act, there's a limit to it.

Battle mods, for example, have a clear age limit of 18. Even though other positions don't explicity set an age barrier, they can't really rely on 11 year olds to use their discretion or be experienced enough to handle unforeseen situations (Don't take this as offencive. I mean it as a matter of fact).

The only helper position with no real need for an age limit is Reporters (As long as one can write in amazing English).

Whether the answer is yes or no, I think there isn't much of a difference between age and maturity. If you're a certain age you have a certain maturity level.

I agree, except exceptions can occur. There IS a difference between age and maturity. That difference means there can be exceptions like some 10 year old with the maturity of a normal adult, and vice versa :p

However that's an odd occurrence. When I was 10 I thought I was pretty mature, now I see I really wasn't at all.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the help of a player who is too young. It would be impossible for him to work in those positions because due to his age because there are too many things which his age would prevent him from legally working with. For example, our helpers have to deal with spammers posting pornography, and exchanges of profanity which require the intervention of a moderator. These things might be harmful to someone who is too young.

 

I understand that this must be frustrating for you, but the administration team would face responsibility for damages caused by a child being exposed to pornography or foul language. That's why we have instituted age limitations for these positions.

I found out that Mexico is very cheap to buy from (for me) 

but i have question:

is there any cheaper country then Mexico on the Shop? (please don't suggest Poland and Russia)

Just kidding, I don't know but hey, it's economics among other things, we can't have 'em balanced :p but really Russia too is very cheap.

Maybe the Clan and Matchmaking systems won't be perfect out of the box, but I'm sure the devs will keep following the feedback of players and improving the systems. It's in Open Beta Testing, which means that you can freely register an account and start playing. All your progress will be permanent and most of the features (like buying crystals) are in already, so I suppose that from a practical perspective, it's already out.
