Paints with themes and upgrades

Make the paints also m0, m1, m2, m3....

 

like paint will be available in a group(Natur1, Nature2, Animal, Electric, Fire)

^This is an idea that Gomuimu posted in this ->http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=328273 topic. I actually thought it was a pretty good idea and wanted to know everyone's opinion. Ofc instead of the normal M1, M2, M3 upgrades where  once you upgrae to M2, M1 dissapears from your garage, the M1 AND M2 AND M3 paints will stay in your garage.

I wouldn't like this very much. Besides not having any real purpose, it would also arbitrarily limit the paints that you can purchase at any given moment- if I wanted to buy Blacksmith only, I'd have to buy all the ones before it. Having unique paints in a series means that you can't just skip to the next modification like you can with hulls/turrets, because you'd either omit earlier paints in the process (not fair if you missed the cutoff to buy them), get them for free (not a good business model), or have to pay for them (in which case it's going to be "OMG Tanki force me to buy paints I don't want!11").

 

I can't think of any advantages this would offer, and since it would be annoying to buy paints you don't want to get paints that you do want, I'd rather that this not be implemented.

So if paints doesnt have any use right now... Maybe we could make collections? Lets say... Collection "Hotter than sun" which includes paints-

 

 

 

 

It would give you 1 new paint which is not aviable at shop or anywhere else Something releated to fire or sun. Only if all 3 of these paints has been bought.

"Classic simple"

 

 

 

 

This would give you... maybe yellow paint as award paint?

"Living in swamp"

 

 

 

 

This collection should give some realy fancy paint and so cuz... A lot of stuff must be bought to earn in this paint but still releated to mud or something simmilar.

Also this could help game to earn without harming non-buyers cause its possible that buyers will try to get these award paints and maybe will waste their money on these instead of microupgrades at extremely low ranks..

 

There could be many many collections such as "I own the shop" which requeres to get all shop paints and so on.

Each reward is releated to collection name.
