It's a glitch - sometimes it says that the server is unavailable and sometimes the client(if you're using one) crashes in attempt of loading the server. Same goes for RU2 and EN1.

 

Try clearing your cache(of the browser/client you're using). One workaround is to load a different server which isn't afflicted with this glitch and enter a server with the in-game server switch feature or by switching to a server your friend is in

and if i delete all my cache then my game will take forever to load : (
