Its cause of those buyers on gold box's .. see the more we buy the less they have to drop so there saving .. on dropping fake imagines of a box falling from the sky..with adding 1k in crystals to your accounts ...this way players are doing it for them..

And if buyers buy their way into Tier 10 (free XP plus a lotta creds and gold), its a disadvantage because they're facing more skilled T10 players and this buyer here can't use anything to take an advantage - no supplies, premium tanks and accounts won't give more damage or more health or better chance at penetration or better shells. Simply free XP and creds.

 

So there you have it. Much more balanced, skill only, and whatever.

I don't think you will be able to do such big changes to the parameters, in my opinion it will be only minor change unique to each turret ie. for vulcan you can decrease/increase dmg/s by +-5 for extended/reduced time to overheat by +-1s. For shaft it could be less visible beam compensated with more shaking aim. Edited August 28, 2016 by filipiar

And may i ask... Do protections mean that armor is added to tank, or protections are ignoring damage

(For example 100 armor hull and 50% firebird protection) does it mean that it will have 150 armor, or it will ignore 50% damage from firebird

Well yeah, but buying those premium shells actually give you a huge advantage if you use them right. Get hit in the side or rear with a premium shell and see what happens ;) Technically they do have supplies, but at a much smaller scale...more like tactical buffers. My favorite part of WoT that TO does not have is well...ramming. Kills by ramming gives me so much satisfaction, especially at like tier 2-4 where you can pretty much steamroll light tanks with medium tanks. I also like how there are much better players in terms of sportsmanship (probably because the ban system is sooooooo strict), teamwork, and skill.

you guys launched tons of updates last few (months,years.....)..why,o why,you can't (I really don't want to beleive other option (don't wan't)) launch some update which will decrease saboteurs and mults?

That's what the matchmaking and clans updates will do.

 

also tha upcoming update is very very bad. i can just slow down rotation and self heal then put extremely bid damag for m3 isida

 

also smoky. u can put reload 200 secs 100% critical chance and 500 critical damage

* This is open an question. In any case, limiting alterations for this format is not a problem if it goes wrong for the format

 

How will this affect XP/BP format, or will it affect it at all?

* That is something the community will decide. We have no intention of forcing alteration on format or non-format battles. We'll try it out and see how it goes.

I want for freeze high time freeze cooling ( about 15 seconds) for lost few damage (about 10hp/sec)

for thunder 2x long reload  but 2x more damage

for isida 50% less damage and 50% high heal

Once the decision was finalized, we informed you that transfer would be impossible. I've also repeated time and time again why the transfer would be impossible, and why originally there was the promise of transfer. On my end, I haven't disrespected the users in any way. Of course you're entitled to your opinion.
