There should be an option in the garage to make your own kit that is reasonable for your rank. For example, at my rank, you could make your own kit of an m1 and an m2 or and m2 and an m2. The computer would calculate the price with a 15% to 20% discount. However, there would be a 5000 crystal fee for m1 hull and turret kits. There would be a 7500 fee for m1 turret and M2 hull (or vise versa) kit. There would be a 10000 fee for an M2 hull and turret kit. There would be a 15000 fee for an M2 hull and M3 turret (or vise versa) kit. There would be a 20000 fee for an M3 turret and hull kit.

Kits are promotional offers from developers. If you like it and it suits you - you buy it. You can't just select a bunch of items you want to buy and get a random discount for them by putting them in a custom kit. Will not happen.

Don't worry, there are a lot of good kit options.

 

You might wanna look at a better m2 kit, like Atlas, Ram, Minotaur,etc. There are plenty of good kits out there, if you need one.

The kits are specifically placed together by what fits a weapon best, e.g. you wouldnt want a m2 isda with a m2 mamoth in a kit. You would want something lighter and faster for a isda. 

 

They are also Computer generated in a random fashion but stil to meet the right specs. 

 

And as far as the discount it is usually about 50% less. So it wouldnt really be much of use.

New creative idea but kinda difficult , a auto setting price thing would automatically set percent of sale and price but as mod said above^ it's impossible.
