Hi guys, Today I'll be interviewing my good friend @DEMONEKxD. I hope that you will know many things about him :)

 

Hi DEMONEKxD, welcome to this interview!

Please let's know about you.

Hey everyone !
I am DEMONEKxD, and my real name is Michael.
What would you like to know about me?
I will try to answer your questions as best as I can.

Please add facts like your age, your occupation etc.

I would like to state that my age is a private thing but I am still a student in secondary technical engineering school (or whatever it's called in English).

When did you start playing Tanki Online first?

Wow that's kinda a hard question for me because it was long time ago... I guess it was in 2012 but I really can't remember the exact date.

Same matter happens to me when I think to apply for a mod. They ask about exact month and year but I also have forgotten that all...
DEMONEKxD, as you said you are a student. Every student has a favourite subject. What's yours?

Huh... Kinda an easy question...
It's everything related to information like constructions of computers or programming because I really like to know how to make something which would be helpful for me and everyone else.

What is your real name?
When did you apply for moderator and when did you become an Administrator?

My real name is Michael. (Surname is private)
I applied for chat moderator in English community on December 2014, and... unfortunately I got rejected. Because of my age when I was applying. But it wasn't  the end of the story. Administrator added me to special translators group since I know Polish language fluently and there wasn't any polish-speaking mod at this moment. After some time of helping there like month +/- (now I am not sure) they gave me a chance as a candidate. After time of candidacy I finally got full chat mod status. Regarding becoming part of administration, after start of polish community new CM was looking for someone who can take care of everything related to chat moderation etc. and since I know this game very well and any aspects of moderation also... I now can't tell you exact date of my promotion but it was like 2-3 months after start of polish community.

Please can you inform us about your favourite things in this game?

Hmm very hard question since I am playing this game for a long time and I never thought about "what is the best in this game" but for example for me... the variety of maps in this game, CTF mode which I love, Friends system which was added long time ago and of course moderation of the game. Really there are some good and some bad points like in everything.

When you became an admin, what were your expressions then. I mean were you happy at that occasion?

While I heard that I became an admin... It was really surprising for me and I was really happy. But on the other hand also a bit scared as I thought that I will have a lot of work. Actually It wouldn't be a problem for me but I am still studying and I want to get good results in my exams etc. Now I can tell you that as admin I have a lot things to do... and to be honest... I like it. As admin I can help much more than before.

Why is your name DEMONEKxD?
Did you ever change you nick?

DEMONEKxD huh... To be honest... I don't know.
Maybe because my character is like demon one (long story... haha).

DEMONEK is a diminutive for demon and that "xD" at end its only because it looks more attractive for girls... hahaha of course I am joking. That's end is because I like to laugh and make someone smile.
And no... I have never changed my nick... not planning it.

And what would you like to say to all the players of EN community?
What is your advice for your fans and haters?
What is your advice for those who want to get a position like you?

That long story is kinda private for me and I don't want to spread it around the world haha...

 

Hmm to every player in EN community... Stay with a smile on your face and never forget about real life. A game won't give you family and money remember guys.

 

For fans... I don't know if I even have them but if yes... Thanks for making my job easier by appreciating what I'm doing.

 

For haters... Umm nothing much to say... There are always some noobs who think they are better than everyone ;) Matter of attitude...

Advice for those who want to get position like me:

 

Be yourself... Never change your mind because  if you want to became a helper or whoever else just be like you are everyday. You must be happy in what you are doing.. if it wouldn't be like that you would do everything only because someone told you to do so which is not great trust me. And of course as Chat Admin I must say... Try to use less amount of insults guuuuys ;)

What would you like to say or advice us in your last words here?

At the end of that interview... I would like to tell you all good luck in real life and of course also in Tanki. See you on my battlefield (chat :ph34r:). And remember guys that you can ask me about anything regarding this game via forum PM... I am here for enough time to give you really good answer on some of your questions.
