^ Yes indeed

Well its like this. When i download the client and open it, literally nothing happens (Setup for client doesnt open) I deleted client instal and downloaded again, but it still nothing happens. i remember when i had same problem with installing flash player, but luckily i found a solution.

Windows Vista is as much as 10 years old... the client most likely doesn't work on your windows version because it's outdated or doesn't support certain things which allow the client to run.

Empires -

Yes, the client is free, and is virus free. I was only asking because of the stupid Avast! antivirus, which said that this was not a known download, but I know it is only less than a week old. I will download this, and hopefully Tanki X, within the next week. I'm sure my parents will let me get a free game, after I show them the amazing TX trailer, which actually looks like the game, and not something edited.

Worstest client ever. shows renter the game after every 15min. After clicking renter the browser gets close.

Sometimes the global chat box and battel log wont go after entering the game.

That's not the only thing transplanted from HTML to the Client : the cookie save "Remember Me" at log-in doesn't work.

I just noticed something and Im not sure if there is anyway to change it but for example if I would like to view my profile on the client I click on it and the link takes me to Internet Explorer where it can be viewed but I would like to switch it so that any links on tankis client  get redirected to firefox..this would be a nice thing to add and if there is anyway to change which browser opens links please reply.I have looked into properties on the client but couldnt find anything of the sort.

HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE TANKI TO REALISE THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD WHO PLAY ON APPLE COMPUTERS!!!!!

Maybe get a Windows computer then. Windows is more widely used than Apple. Maybe you can help them get the client for Mac, or talk to Apple about something.

This has nothing to do with the Tanki Client. You need to set Firefox as your default browser on your computer.

You can be sure they already know, how many % of their users use an Apple computer. Simply for the fact, that they can count from which browsers their homepage is accessed.

Do you know the number of Apple computers in hands of people that actually play this game?

No ?

So why do you complain then, that their very first release does support only the most widely used Operating system?

It is clever and natural, to focus the client on the most widely used Operating system first; find the weaknesses there, learn from them, develop it firhter and get it right.. and then - after most of the logic inside the client is fixed - then port it to Apple.

This saves them money - compared to develop three clients right from the scratch.

Saved money means faster development.

Problems: We can't reload when needed. It always starts up in Russian and I have to change it to English even though it doesn't take more than a few seconds. We can't access the Materials, Tournaments, Forum, Wiki, and Ratings through the client; it uses my browser. Can't use the maximize button, so every time I have to manually enlarge it to take up the full window (I don't want it in full screen either). It doesn't show us when the servers are offline.

The performance is better, it loads faster.

When I tried installing the client, my Norton antivirus software kept saying something like, "this file is not safe. It has been removed." And just like that, the downloaded file is gone. I tried it multiple times on different computers at my house running the same antivirus, but it keeps deleting it, saying that something in the file is fishy. What's up with this?

The client its self is good, it downloads fast it loads fast and no lagg most of the time.  a few problems though, when i enter the client i always have to change the language, it may be my mistake but i dont know.

Also when im playing sometimes(very rare) the error sign popsup and when i click on renterthe game the client closes completly which makes me lose my battle fund and xp points.

Im hoping the future updates fix all these problems thank you.

Why isn't there a version for OS X? There a lot of mac users that would prefer a non-glitchy game. I know that most people use PCs, but that doesn't mean you just favour the majority. The inequality here is sad...
