​Can you please add ​'​Page reload feature' ​to the client :rolleyes: Sometimes I face huge lags & wanna refresh the battle. But the client doesn't own that feature. We can refresh the page with Refresh Button when we play via web browser, but cannot via the client. Please add a refresh button :)

Excellent Client. No lags unlike the browsers that I use. I like the way the fps is always 60 for me. I don't dislike anything about it. Thanks for such a good client. It is finally available to download on Mac

Its very bad  because once i was in a battle i had no repairs ( i was using downloadable client  )  then i gone to the garage and brought the 17k drugs kit then i returned to the battle but i didnt get it but my crystals gone  . i really want the crystals because 17k means alot to non - buyers in a low rank like me :(

 

it is dosen't work, it auto shut downs itself and wont start sometimes , i have the latest version of the client .please fix it..

i purchased "tsunami" kit and after a while the client automatically shut downed and i just lost it  :angry: .really i angry want my crystals back at any cost 

Help these guys :l

Hi all, thanks for your patience. Devs are constantly monitoring this thread and collecting your feedback. Don't worry. All the issues will be sorted in time. It's just a question of which issues get sorted first.

Hello tankers! I really liked the Tanki Online Downloadable Client as it improved the performance and quality of gaming. I played on it for 3 weeks or more. However, today, when I opened the Client, it all went usual, but, it kept loading for the entire time. By 'it kept loading entire time' I mean the second loading screen, after you have logged in to your account. Later on, I tried logging in from the browser version, and it worked. Then I went back to the Client, logged in, and everything went against my intuition. It didn't load. I closed the client, opened the client, logged in, loading... closed the client, opened the client, logged in; and so on... I waited about 7 minutes or more in each of the procedures, yet no success in getting into my account. Now I require help. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue? When the client keeps loading, you can try doing the following:

  1. Uninstall the game client.
  2. Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline
  3. Delete "Local Store" folder.
  4. Re-install the game client.

man it does,t work for me why avast says it has virus

 

and delests it

Add the program to your exceptions in Avast, so it will not see it as a threat anymore.

You made that post one month ago, I answered to a question you posted only 4 days ago. Why would you post the problem again if it had been solved already?

Can you fix FlashEx and then... then break it once you have fixed official client?

1 of devs broke FlashEx and i miss it.

i agree

 

Devs please make instead of cache, that raw files are directly downloaded to pc, if user chooses that while installingclient.it would really make game more entertaining as we can make graphics even better than best, or we can worsen them even more for better fps

I recently installed Sierra OS X, the recent update for the mac. However, since the installation of the new update I have not been able to load tanki, it just will not go in and eventually gives me the "Cannot establish connection". I tried the steps, but it does not seem to work on a mac, I also cleared all of my client using the CC application. In addition to that I deleted and installed both the Flash Player and Tanki Client several times. Yet still I cannot even get on the the main servers on a platform (Safari, Opera, Firefox, Chrome, Flash Player, or the Client). Please help me I have tried everything I can. Do I have ports that I am blocking? Anyway to get online would be a help. Thank you.

Hey Cedric,

Since a few days I am facing problems with client. Some times it gets stuck in the first loading screen or after clicking the "play" button the game won't pop up. For my brother(on his pc) the client is not loading after the first loading screen! I think that some changes are coming to Client since past few days!

CLIENT = FAILURE More errors than on flash or chrome.. 

 

FLASHPLAYER WORKS BETTER + You have an option for copying links, so can rejoin if error pops up.

 

Chrome is still the best. Ofcourse you have errors on big maps but you can always refresh to rejoin.

Hello developers.  After two weeks of using the TO Client on Mac OS X 10.9.5, I must say that the client performs relatively well.  It's good to be able to jump into the game with all the assets already downloaded in the client rather than worry about saving the browser cache files for Tanki.  

There are a couple of things I've noticed, though.  For one, all the in-game text has less quality in TO client compared to TO on a browser.  Granted, the text is still readable and I don't mind it at all.  

 

What I do mind, though, is the "loading loop screen".  It only happened once thankfully, but what happened was that I was in a Brest CTF battle, and my team was winning by a large margin.  Then, I decided to change my equipment in battle, so I clicked on the garage.  For some reason, the garage never loaded; all I saw was the loading screen for one minute while I saw the rest of the battle play out normally.  Then suddenly, the game screen went blank, showing only the default game background.  Seeing no refresh option, I quit the client and reopened it...once I logged back in, I found myself in the lobby...so much for those battle funds.

 

I do implore you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I'm using the client with Windows 7. Mostly OK, and performs better than browser. 

 

But

 

If I minimise the client using the button in the top right while in a game it crashes. Maximising it gives a blank client screen and I can't do anything but close it down and start again

Freeze mid battle - hundreds of crystals lost - actually at respawn, if that helps

 

-worst of all some mult took my place and cost the team the win

If the game crashes, i lose all my score and crystals, because I play on the downloadable client, where you can't just 'refres the page'. Also, do not recommend me a browser, because tanki for some reason doesn't work in them.
