If i try and log out of the client (by pressing the small red X at the top right) to switch profiles i get the confirmation message to (do you want to exit) i click yes but nothing happens.

The only way to log out is to close the client and reopen?

 

IS this correct?

I tried it.

 

When I press the red X, I get the confirmation dialog "Are you sure you want to quit?"

 

I press "Yes", and the client quits and restarts automatically.

 

Can you try uninstalling, re-downloading and re-installing the client please? If you're still getting this problem, try contacting support. And let me know here too please.

Wait, it's supposed to restart? It's so annoying... ._. And it restarts unlimited times unless you manually shut the program down.

If you want to quit the program there's the X at the upper right.

Infront of a black sky you won't be able to see black tanks

(Oh... that's actually an advantage for me :) :) :) )

 

The browser features a grey skybox, that is pretty neutral, but still allws you to spot enemies very well

Can't spot Vulcan shots against the white sky, really screws me over... This usually means that I have to turn on the skybox, which makes me lag unless there's few people using Wifi.

This  is been my problem , not X button, I am not that stupid. I could not log in, in the game with other acc because I press remember me button.

3. Delete "Local Store" folder.
4. Re-install the game client.

1. I would like a dark sky too when you turn off the skybox, a very dark yellow with some patterns so it's safe on the eyes and doesn't let tanks hide in the sky.

 

2. Put version numbers on the downloadable file, like 'Tanki Online EU 1.0.1.exe', so we know we have the latest version.

Hey everybody ! i really liked the TO downloadable client but i m facing a problem that the games starts and then after login... as soon as i click battle then the loading bar appears  then i completes to 95% then it shows "you have been disconnected due to inactivity"........     

 

Pls help me with this

Hi, have you tried re-installing client? Instructions below.

 

1. Uninstall the game client.
2. Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline
3. Delete "Local Store" folder.
4. Re-install the game client.

My Opinion about the Tanki Online Downloadable Client

 

At first glance, the Tanki Online Downloadable Client is a fairly good client that has improved gaming performance of Tanki because the Client loads faster than browsers and it has lower amounts of 'lag', but every good sides have antonyms too, and the Client's bad sides are no excuse. 

 

To start off, the first and most horrible problem with the Client is that it does not load at most times. This problem, to be true, is extremely vague. There are several branches of this problem:

One of the problems being the error "Cannot establish connection (host: 37.blah blah blah)". Reports from helpers have suggested the reboot of routers or to check the firewall but sometimes they don't work either. 

Another problem is that the Client just stays stuck at its loading screen . The helpers have given a fairly good solution, but new players and immature players will have a hard time solving the issue, so I suggest that it is fixed... somehow...

The problems above are non of my problems (they are my friends' problems). My problem, however, is that sometimes the client does not load at all. I have to close it, open it, close it again, and then open it, and it will finally work It is very annoying to keep repeating this process, so I hope that the game developers find a solution for this.

 

The main problems have been issued, now comes the smaller ones. In the Tanki Browser, if one tried to create a battle, in which he tried to change the map, he could simply press the letter (on his keyboard) and the map will come up, but this does not occur in the client. No matter how much times I press the letter 'R' while selecting the Maps, the map 'rio' won't come up . This may not be an important issue, but it is obnoxious to scroll up and down to find the map.

 

shows the 'coding box' in which I can apply 'fake spectator' to record videos, but, unfortunately copy and pasting the code does not work. This is obscene for people who wish to make spectator videos with a real spectator. So I hope that the developers solve this issue .

 

Lastly, I am not trying to be rude or anything, but I would calmly like to say that WHEN IS THE CUSTOMIZABLE CONTROLZ GOING TO BE RELEASED!!!??? IT HAS BEEN 2 WHOLE MONTHS THAT I EXPECTED DIS! BOTH MY 'W' KEY AND MY DOWN ARROW HAS PROBLEMS AND I DON'T HAVE A SPARE KEYBOARD!!! DEVS PLEASE ADD THE CUSTOMIZABLE CONTROLS ALREADY!!!

PLEASE LOOK INTO IT!!

 

Tanki client has a gold box bug!!

 

It happened to me, not once, not twice, but four times !!!!

 

As soon as I listen the siren of the gold box and see its notification, the client crashes.

 

I get "Re-Enter the Game" dialog box. With chat, battle status and sounds still working but the game screen stuck.
