Hate tanki client...!

I now feel like I should say bad words to everyone who made that..

 

I lost all my fund in a major battle

400 kills battle!

 

i was on 2nd with 170 sth kills

who will pay my reward back!

really depressed today...

I did what u said... closed the client and here I lost everything... this really sucks... :(

In chat, it is announced that new client is available for download (today). I am using client for 4-5 months.. Is this a new version? clarify?

There is a lot of problem client disconnect regularly specially while logging, opening, going to garage, etc. and I am out of battle, all play go to waste

Then no, there's no new version available. The message is aimed at players that are still unaware of the existance of the client.

Recently, I have been seeing a new problem quite often.

 

After I change equipment in the garage, when I return the battle, the arrow keys do not respond. I have to restart the client or go into another window and type some stuff.

 

Does anybody else have it?

You have made tankionline a hell to play, Why is there so careless modifications. It looks unprofessional way of working by developers. You are killing this game.

Client Crashes and login problem ;

The problem is still there unresolved since long. Client crashes and players  can not login in the same battle in spite landed on the EN1 server. A F5 key was introduced to login in same battle, but it does not work most often.

Why Dev do not introduce the server option in the main login window so that players can themselves select the server in the beginning and go to the same battle as they were using the option in browsers before introduction of client by dev (pic attached to elaborate my suggestion) . Another factor which is also part of this problem is re-login time has been reduced by Dev from 5 minutes to 2 minutes. I think 3 minutes will be more appropriate to re-login after which player may be expelled from the battle.

This problem is driving players crazy and disappointed by tankionline Dev team.

I recently started using the client and its pretty neat! May I ask though..what are its advantages..? Didnt even download anything like TX...which was a pleasant surprise since I was expecting to wait hours for it to finish  :P

Browsers are losing support of flash so this independent client was needed. Moreover it provides a better FPS than browser version

One of the advantages is that after you've run the client the first time, the majority of the game's data is cached, making loading times faster. Additionally, when using the browser, the game needs to compete for resources with other open tabs. With the client, that problem goes away.

OK, Now I'm just fully annoyed. I'd tested out the client, and it was a breeze. Loved it. But then today I had the whole day free, so for the first time in my life I decided to play a 500 point CP Polygon battle. Decided to use the client. 5000 XP in and 30k battle fund, when the client crashed. I got a screenshot of the game halfway, but I'm just fully annoyed right now about the whole situation, and whilst I would fully support tanki in mostly and player vs dev argument, I'm quite read to fire of a whole list of complaints.

 

My lesson: Dont use the client. YET. :p

It's taking too long to load after server restart, about 15 minutes now.

After mainteance I am not able to open game . Don't open your server when you dont know how to open them properly.

Things could go wrong or updates could take long time to load. The thing I don't like is that we don't get communication on what's going on.

 

I don't know if I have to wait, try later or clean the game's cache.

Who wants to try cleaning the cache? I can't, my Internet is kinda slow.
