Well, high ranks could get together and give PRO pass to their recruit nub alts and do a clan training or event that way :)

Was there a reason for this declination?

It really isn't the same as sending crystals to other accounts, and doesn't really offer an in-game advantage, just more options. It's also not possible to just spam alts and send PRO passes since you have to earn enough crystals and it's harder to earn crystals at lower ranks. If that was the only reason, I don't think it's a particularly strong reason to refuse this...

But the actual reason is that this is not even in devs' plans and it's very similar to crystal transfer between players, which will not happen. So the chances of this idea being accepted are very close to zero.

Begging people in the chat for passes shouldn't matter, the developers obviously don't think it's that much of a problem due to the fact that gold box supplies cause begging, most likely more than sending PRO passes would (most low rankers like the shinyness of gold boxes more than the PRO pass, I'd assume) 

 

Maybe a higher ranked account will send PRO passes to his lower ranked account since 5k is objectively less valuable to him than it is to his alt. That would create an "imbalance" (more people with PRO passes), however I don't think that'd be a bad thing as practically no PRO battles are made, and even at high ranks I have heard that most PRO battles are XP/BP or Parkour (or Arena  :P). More supply-free battles would prompt more people to buy PRO passes as they will then be actually able to join battles (since more people have passes more people create meaning more people join). It might not make money directly for Alterniva, but I think more players will be satisfied meaning more players will join and stay creating a larger playerbase which would make more money. 

 

As I said it doesn't offer any advantages in game - you have more options, which could potentially save you drugs, but you have to actually play for it to be worth it. 

 

I really don't think the "crystal transfer" argument is that solid - it's quite different.

 

And if the reason it's not being considered is that it's not in "devs' plans" then no new good ideas not thought of previously by the devs and introduced by players will be added. And I don't think that is good since players should have their stake in a game that is reliant on its players. 

 

If they just want to make money, releasing good updates will do that. And this will be an update which I think will increase the number of nondrugging battles while still allowing druggers and buyers to rampage as they will in the non-PRO battles. Which is good. And will hopefully reduce the amount of whining (of which I am somewhat a part of :lol:) in the "Reduce Power of Garage Supplies" topic since I think there are less drastic ideas than removing drugs entirely.

Don't get me wrong I'm not against this idea.. but if it gets added then think of what will happen...

 

Instead of ''gold plz admin and who wants 9999999 crystals'' it will be Admin PRO pass plz! Who wants a Free PRO pass?

Lots of people will be asking for passwords and lots of accounts will be stolen.
