"Plug In failure" at game start

Just after a new game begins I am getting "Plug In Failure" and the game crashes. This has happened about 10 times in a row. My Flash is up to date and the "Allow Plug in" box is checked in the System preferences on my Mac.

 

It is occurring when I use Safari. Firefox just crashes completely.

 

Anyone else getting issues today?

Exact same problem! I don't know what's the issue tbh. I have a Mac too and I've never, ever seen this glitch before. I'm just relieved that I'm not the only one encountering this. I have no idea what to do.

 

EDIT #1: Just updated Adobe and can confirm that I'm up-to-date but still getting the same issue.

Same problem here, even if I use the stand alone flash player. It looks like a problem between flash player 23 and TO on a mac

 

it crashes in the stand alone player, firefox, safari browser, but not in the chrome browser ( version 53.0.2785.101 (64-bit))?

This is only semi-fixed. I refuse to play on Chrome ... there are no proper Graphics and my FPS is like 20 for some reason and even my Ping is higher. On Safari I had a steady 59-60 FPS, full graphics. This needs to be fixed. I will be very likely to quit if Tanki ACTUALLY doesn't allow Safari to have graphics or something like that.

I have the same problem, but it works well in Chrome. But do you know what is the problem and if safari browser will back 1 day? Because really get used to it :(

Firstly, there is no Silverlight that's in that list. I'll try to find out more about Silverlight. For now, I suggest using Opera browser. Finally, this issue NEEDS to be fixed. It's getting serious now. Whenever I use Safari and enter a battle, not only does it say "Plug-In Failed" but now it SHUT MY COMPUTER DOWN automatically. At first, I almost thought I got a virus. Keeps happening, a whole computer crash. Opera is the best solution IMO. Just need to point out that this is Tanki's fault,moot ours and that it needs to be fixed. It is apparently due to the new paints that you can buy from the Shop.

I get the same issue to and I almost broke my computer trying to fix it. (I thought it may be a ram problem so I added some ram that the computer didn't like and it went all crazy)

 

Please fix and set my daily missions to the first day of week 5 on this and my other account (trainboy)

 

i could not get my missions finished because of your updates that didn't do anything but add a bunch on worthless paints.

 

It says there are kits but I don't see any...

Same problem here with Safari (but i don't have the silverlight plug-in)...

Should I download Firefox ?

Is someone working on this bug ?

1. Same. Idk what that is.

2. No. Download Opera instead, it's just as fast as Safari and gives a slightly better Ping.

3. I hope but sadly, I don't think so.

I'm having exactly the same problem too. Very frustrating since I was trying to consistently complete missions to increase bonuses;(

Any solutions???

It happened to me too but when I update my Adobe Flash Player then I can log in again but you just have to restart your laptop after installing. Also close all the browser that you are using before you restart.

Have the same problem i joined  a battle it crashes i reload the page same thing. I tried to uninstall and then install flash player nothing happened. I tried flash player the method classic is using  well i know it from long time but when i use it, bad frames and screen lag and its frustrating when u play bp especially. same on chrome. hopefully safari can be on again i mean they can fix the problem! <_<

 

 

i try this method uninstall then install, you just have to restart your laptop after installing. Also close all the browser that you are using before you restart.

Does reinstalling Adobe and restarting computer work?

This problem recently became an issue on my Mac too just a few days ago. Since I have switched to Opera it has been working flawlessly with roughly the same fps as Safari; I highly recommend switching over to Opera.

IKR! Opera is so good. I get a lower Ping by about 10, my FP is the same (59-60) and I legit load into most battles within 10 seconds. Safari took minutes to load sometimes.
