Weird lag only in Tanki. Fix servers please.

Hello guys, 

I have a 50mbps upload and download speed on my internet, all websites work properly and fast. But, my problem lies with tanki. I get a ping of 90-120. But now, the ping jumps from 100 to 500 or even 999 at times. This thing only happens with tanki. To solve this problem, i have to refresh the page several times to get a stable ping. Please help me.

Yep, checked it out. I have done all of the steps there except getting Leatrix Latency Fix, let me see if that helps.

Where do you live? Even with high internet speeds (to be honest, your internet is far from fast), being far from the servers means more distance the signal has to travel and thus more latency.

I live in India, I do not get much lag in the game, but it has started about recently. I've tried nearly everything, nothing still works, I'm even changing the network adapter in my laptop.

I've friends from India but they aren't getting any issues.Are you using Browser?

Have you changed your adapter settings before? Did you install any new programs? Anyone in your house started using the internet? Someone is downloading? There are tons of possibilities.

No, I use the client, prior to that, I used the standalone flash player.

Yes I did change the adapter settings before, let me reset that and see if it helps.

I reset all adapter settings and reinstalled the network driver, the issue still persists. I was able to play a noise ctf battle with a decent ping. But when the battle ended, I changed teams because i wanted to play on the RED team, the lag started again and I had to stop playing.

I'm pretty sure the problem is with the servers, I am playing a Noise CTF with decent ping and when I rejoin the same battle, I start lagging with a ping varying from 300-999. Is there any way to notify the devs through screenshots

 

 

Edit: The network driver from HP website was not up-to-date, I got the latest driver from the official website, I hope that helps.

 

Edit 2: Issue still persists. :(

Definitely something with the servers. How do I contact the developers?

Actually now im sure its tanki's problem lol,both teams lose flags at the same time and then we try to find eachother after lag, population of the players grow and the only answer is moving to the new servers.

Well theres your problem. People tend to get a lot more ping when using standalone/client. (but much more so with the client)

I'll try to play with firefox, and if it still doesn't work, I'm gonna smack a lawsuit on tanki, tanki's gonna hear from my legal team. I'm gonna complain to the devs.
