for the record i was not trying to get you mad at me, so please calm down.. all i was trying to say was in most offices .. staff go out for lunch / or celebrate staff birthdays later in the day before they leave .. I know we did when i worked office we all ways took the last part of the day off to celebrate before going home ..it was nice to wish each other a special day even if it fell on the weekend .. only cause most of us back then had real family things going on and could not meet up with co-workers after hours .. like i did say... just saying...not to provoke u into getting mad ...

 

also here in Canada if you ask in advance you can even get your Birthday off if its a work day .. this is also what i was referring too..
