For chat violators - you can't report them. If someone is offending or insulting you in chat, block them using the /ignore [nickname] command in chat.

 

For hackers - you need to record a video that clearly shows evidence of hacks, upload it and post a topic with evidence in the Game Violations section.

it's not like that, the guy was selling an account at first saying he had many"legend accounts" so i told him that the mods might ban you then he threatened me by hacking my acc, then all of a sudden i go to the garage randomly and buy an upgrade 'something was controlling my acc'. i tried to look for a mod then he says that he is a mod. then said he would ban me for no reason. how does someone report that?

Ignore such players, no player can just hack you or ban you and if they say that, simply ignore the player and even add them to your blacklist. In case your account ever gets hacked, please use this form. More info.

he didn't buy things, i think a bug or bot did, it did to me again by upgrading my wasp without my control, this thing literally starts clicking everywhere but it always goes to the garage, i don't know why?thanks for the support anyway ^_^.

1. Sabotagers - the worst type of players, will make many hardcore team players rage which leads to a total defeat.

2. Hackers - this one type of players is very annoying. They are mostly useless for the team because our hackers and their hacks are pretty noobish, worth only for stealing the gold boxes and make the whole game unfair. Other than that, some cheaters in XP/BP and clans actually hack for the win.

3. Mults - least annoying of the 3 types of worst players in game. If one just has to do that, such like newbie, I am not very annoyed. But I hate those who mult purposely which mostly means sabotage. But one on the Legend rank just has to learn to play well after earning milions of EXP, so feel free to rage and insult a bit those, they have to do it! -_-

It's a bit pathetic that on a game of this age that we still have to learn to cope with cheaters. This game absolutely does not protect its player base from cheats.

The anti-cheat keeps evolving to block current types of hacks and hackers keep evolving to produce new hacks that bypass the anti-cheat system. It's a never-ending battle. There is no single update that developers can implement to forever block all hackers. It simply doesn't work that way.

Matchmaking will solve this problem in standard battles, while custom battles might get a kick system to help battle violators.

The test that happened a couple weeks ago was NOT matchmaking. It was merely a test to see how quickly and effectively the system creates battles and puts players into it. The final result should be a lot more accurate with balancing the teams.

No, it was simply testing different aspects of the system. In particular, the main thing that was being tested was the servers' ability to withstand the load of the system sorting people into battles without crashing. And that was a success.

Are they going to apply a filter on time-left-in-game for people being placed in battles?

 

Multiple times I was placed in battles with < 4 minutes left.  That is terrible.

 

Little chance of OD while others are powered up.

Small rewards joining late in battle so "gain ### crystal' missions are impossible.

If I need to change equipment (due to no info on map before I join) then even more time wasted in garage.

Lag is only punishable in official eSports tournaments. It's not a violation in standard games. The /vote feature should be used for sabotage and hackers.

Now cant get even active for 15 seconds after respawn. Im worse than mults.

And i still see hackers flying around. Nice hacks!

 

Remove this stupid anticheat. It does more harm than good.
