no email for email securing

Is there an issue? I am using an AOL for this account and all of a sudden I am not receiving any of Tanki's automated messaging.

 

I have had no problems before this month. I have filled out the proper help form requesting for support help and it said "For us to be able to process your request, you will need to verify it by clicking on the special link that we have sent you via email, at the address you specified in the form".

 

So how will I be able to verify from an email I will never get?

They need to verify your IP address for your account security so some random rick dick or harry doesn't try to pose as you and use thier email to secure your account and then they have access to your account :) its for security click it.

That is the problem - they are not sending me the required email for me to respond to. It seems that the automated email from Tanki stopped sending when September began. I had no issues previous to this month.
