You are correct. We have no idea of who we are :) But you may be able to tell someone's gender by their personality right? But I could be wrong... Also why share a fake photo of yourself? That's not only super weird (not gonna use the word creepy) but its just... well why share a photo of yourself in the first place if its gonna be fake? But yeah you can't assume anything about anyone's gender. Whether its a photo or not. (Unless they have a YouTube channel :D)

I don't think an admin would lie about their gender, it's something pretty dumb to lie about (even though so many people in this game do just that).

 

A regular player is a different story but with a staff member (not to mention an admin) there's a certain maturity that you'd find, which comes with the fact that they wouldn't lie about something so pointless.

 

If you're not a female I think that's a surprise to all of us. But yea, we're getting off topic, I agree.

i understand where your coming from ..I all ways thought COOPER was a guy till i got that cleared up.. and why even post a real photo , due to privacy act it would be better to hide the real you ..

Girl its a men's world .. and your going to have to get use to guys being around you regardless in game or in real life.. for the game like others have said turn chat off or just hit ignore on there names then you will get only players chatting along with your friends , also in time they will stop once they get the message your not interested in them ..give it time...

Actually its easy. I could do it several ways myself. Pre-record a message on my 3DS then use the talk on the phone using the message. Or download a voice changing message on my phone. Or use the computer to record my voice and alter it (A bit like the DS except more settings). Or even just use a hair dryer to add background noise to disguise your voice. lol I'm just giving you guys ideas :D.

But what I mean is, if your talking on the phone no tricks no hack, just you and the other person then you probably would be able to tell his/her voice. (Between you and me I'm a guy B) )

Tbh, the chance of getting groomed is so slim, the media over exaggerate it, that is what the media is for. Exaggerating, is the big problem, on how everyone believes them, they shouldn't. They promote corruption and corrupt a lot of minds, I agree grooming is a problem but it rarely happens.

Just check the numbers in that text plus you have to take the situation in the rest of the world into account, also the cases of human trafficking...  

 

Don't wanna sound all gloom and doom but it's smart to be cautious especially when you're a minor and you know more about the Internet and computers overall than your folks (and you happen to think you're all smart).
