hello guys,my first id name @mohamedashik369 it was bannede for since 3 years.i forgot the id password i did recovery but the recovery message doesn't sent to my EMAIL.why?

Are you sure that the account was linked?

Check you Junk/Spam folders and make sure you check  the right email, and if not, Please contact help@tankionline.com via email about this problem as none here can help you.
