Listen, I know you're upset, and you've brought up some very valid points. More importantly, there's a civil and smart discussion going on. All I'm asking is that you give this update some time.

 

The idea behind it is to slow down the overall usage of supplies. At Gissmo level, players don't have anything on which to spend their crystals, and this leads to mass purchase and consumption of supplies.

 

With this update, this mass purchase should slow down. As the super-users start running out of supplies, they will be forced to use them more intelligently rather than spamming the 1-5 keys. That's the idea behind this move. It'll take some time before we start seeing these results, but I believe that's where we'll get to. Additionally, there are other plans being set in motion to regulate the hyper-use of supplies.

Yeah... the reason we are upset is cause supplies are boring. Its not about rationing the supplies its about doing something to stop players from getting them so easily. If each supply was more expensive there would be less people ''drugging'' in battles. Why do you think everyone is leaving Tanki? Its mainly cause of supplies. Need I remind you that there is a topic about supplies having their power reduced. This topic is over 342 pages and has been going on for a couple of years now. If you even admit that you know we aren't going to like the update why make it? People can buy crys and they can just buy both supplies and these new turret packs. The obvious thing to do is just to raise the price of supplies. That way this update will have meaning. It would stop people from buying supplies so much. Just raise the price of each supply to 500-700 crys. I know it seems like a terrible idea but what's going on with supplies is worse. ''Less supplies more skill''. I know supplies may seem skilful but they aren't. Also, as I said before (trying to stress my point to the very max) people aren't going to play Tanki X if its the same as Tanki Online. Tanki X will have supplies right? For me that's enough to put me off Tanki X already. You've tried an update that had free supplies right?

I'm just gonna send you some screen shots of what people said to that update.

If the case is you can't do anything cause you guys want money from this... then just put all supplies (apart from pickups) in the shop each supply costing the same as one gold box. Supplies will only be able to be acquired through missions. Less supplies will be used it will be more fun. Put limitations on supplies to stop this problem.

Are you sure it will stay in the garage forever ? if i buy fire m2 alteration and after i rank i buy fire m3 can i use the alteration i bought or it will be disabled because at m3 there is going to be another type of alteration ,if is like that i will not bother to pay 100 k now ,i will wait and buy the m3 alteration .

I believe that this is not corect, i have fire m2 and i have the same type of alteration as someone who has fire m3 .In my opinion there is going to be 4 types of alterations for each turret at every M modification(m0,m1,m2,m3) with the same specifications

This is basically how it works:

The first box will contain the M0 alteration, the second the M1 alteration and so on. Since the developers have only released one alteration per turret for now, some turrets only have the M1 and some only have the M2 alteration available. The other alterations will follow in due time. A player that hasn't unlocked any M2 equipment yet, will therefor not see any alterations for the turrets that currently only have an M2 alteration.

What you're showing only applies when someone buys the biggest package and when DCC is activated. In all the other cases, the supplies kit is currently cheaper to buy with real money.

 Its costs 27 $ in Canada for me to buy 1500 supplies. But before this update i could just play for a week and make enough to buy it. Dose tanki think i'm dum  or impatient enough to buy that ? i'd rather just buy 100 drugg pack in garage and waste crystals rather than waste real money. I hope every one realized that this is a complete money grab, i thought tanki did not want to make this a pay to play game but they are making it more so every update. :angry:

Um... well there is a certain  topic that has been created called ''reduce the power of garage supplies''. Still nothing happening to reduce their power. Also I'm not the only one who doesn't like supplies. http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=246957?&page=347 it has over 347 pages about people arguing about how supplies should be reduced and or removed. Its been going on for years. That's not the only topic btw. So I don't think I'm the only one who doesn't like supplies. But hey, just cause people are sulking and leaving the game because of it probably doesn't mean anything... -_-

I have nothing against alterations, moreover that is interesting and good update.

 

But, moving 1500 Supplies Kits into the Shop...that's not good. That will not reduce usage of supplies for "druggers". Now when 1500 Supplies Kit is cheaper in the Shop, what makes you think that someone with full M4 garage, most expensive paints, more than 200 Gold Boxes used will use less supplies? They will buy more supplies now, why not - it's cheaper. And free players without supplies should leave the battles when they see druggers? No, that's bad.

 

Before moving 1500 Supplies Kit into the Shop, you could made a poll. You know, doing some research among the players. But you didn't, you told us day before (!). Why?

Could you beat me in a 1v1 without using any of your own supplies?

I'll tell you how being a non-drugger makes you have skill. Than tell me how druggers have skill. (thinking about what number to press is common sense that's not a skill).

They use ''skill'' to break into enemy base kill all of the guards and bring back flag. Its not that simple though. You take cover shoot at the right moment one false move and your dead. Its hard enough getting flag with multiple mammoth guards now you have light hulls twins and rico hornet coming from all directions. Start running, to bring them away from their own base. Make as much chaos as possible to draw all the enemy team to you. Once a lot of enemy team has gone to kill you they are vulnerable from a point to attack. That's when the rest of your team come in. That might be a bad example so I'll give you another one.

Your fighting for your life. sneaking into enemy base circling them using twins and hornet. As they are unable attack they meet their fate and die. You stay low and kill all enemies in site. 10 go in 4 come out. 2 make it back. 1 survives. Snipers start moving in pursuit and you have lasers on your tale. No escape your teammates move in to kill them from behind using isida to raise no alarms. Two players stay behind twins and mammoth to kill all who make it to your flag. All teammates scrambled using all kinds of strategies to make all attacks unpredictable. Attacking from every way possible using pickups as your guide to victory. If there's no repair kit just go in knowing your gonna die, but then kill as many as possible. Keep doing this and beating your team will be impossible. Now how do druggers use skill again?
