[Declined] Separate server for players suspended from the game?

Although I have never been banned, a player randomly gave me info to an account which out of curiosity I tried to log into. The username to that account was Vanik66, and when I logged in, it said it was suspended from the game. I know I'd hate to see that on my profile or my backup NoobTanker18. Maybe a server for suspended players like GTA V did? They wouldn't make crystals, they wouldn't get kits or be able to buy supplies. They'd be given a default tank they can't change. Maybe hornet and twins M0 combo with special white and black striped paint like a prisoner? They won't be able to chat either.

 

Maybe just a way so those players can still play in a way until they get their account back?

Players get suspended for breaking the rules and that's their punishment, making a server for them is counter-intuitive. Moreover, GTA V doesn't have a server for suspended players, it has a server for "bad sport" players, who leave jobs before they are done, or destroy player's vehicles for no reason. Which can't be applied here.

This is a bad idea. What if someone tried hacking your account or putting fake Tanki X codes to steal your account? They shouldn't be able to play if they got banned. As the saying goes; ''If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.''

Not only that, just why would they spend money on them when they did what they did to get where they are seems a waste of money and as said above resources to me
