The reason for the surprise sale is that many people don't have crystals. Therefore they want you to buy crystals. Get it?

 

It works like this:

 

- MU sale (Empties your crystals),

- Equipment Sale (Now that you MU your equipment and you've emptied your crystal account you should buy more crystals for that new item),

- Now that you are totally broke on crystals have an MU sale so that you can MU the equipment you have just purchased but if you haven't saved correctly you'll need to purchase crystals in order to take advantage of this

 

Next up will be the ability to purchase protections directly for real Cash

 

Now I have never purchased crystals or equipment on any of my Tanki accounts so I don't really mind the changes that are made. It is their game and they do need revenue in order to support the staff. What other choice for revenue do they have other then sales of crystals and equipment? They could possibly look for sponsors and  have pop-up Ads but they would have to be global sponsors.
