Cooper have you ever tried doing the email thing .. it keeps taking you back to the same page over and over again , I did it last month when i forgot my pass word.. its better if you have all your proof that its your account to contact tanki directly ..then they can get it restarted and see what happened ..

I once created an e-mail address just so I could link it to one of my alt accounts.. after a few years, the e-mail ceased to exist because I never used it. So I created the exact same e-mail address again and that solved it for me. If that actually is the problem OP has, it should work, it's a simple solution. If not, filling out the form is the best alternative.
