After the matchmaking system, the ability to give your battle a custom name will be available again. I think that's the same as what this topic is suggesting, but even better since you don't need to click on a battle to see its custom title (I think).

How will moderation work for battle titles? It is easy to bypass censoring by putting dots in the middle of words.

When a player is creating a battle, this option allows him to add some description to that battle

When someone clicks on the list of that battle... the description will open down wards

They used to have this in 2013 when instead of the map name you could name it anything.

Since custom battles are meant to give players freedom with what they want to play and how they want to play it, I wouldn't be surprised if battle name violations would just be left as they are. Although it's more likely that battles with inappropriate names will become private, like they did when custom names were a thing before.

Same problem as with allowing players to name the battles they create (an option that was removed a while ago). This will require additional efforts from moderators to make sure the battle descriptions do not contain any violations such as profanity or scam links. The only solution I can think of for this is to make the battle description a paid option (something like 1k per description) so that less people would use the feature and mods would be able to keep up with checking them all.

I do not thing that it will be an issue - just look at the chat and the same issue would be just as prevalent.

I don't think you should purchase something to custom name a battle. I mean you purchased the Pro pass anyways

And maybe devs should just implement a new group to keep track of battles created with custom names.

Exactly. But of course there's no guarantee that people will listen and actually play with fire wasp. In fact, back in 2012 when battles could be named and formats didn't exist yet, it was almost certain that eventually someone would join a battle titled "XP/BP" with a Mammoth Thunder and start trolling everyone.
