As far as i know, this is the tankviewer link, made by soiko. Please do not post on other threads: where can i get tankviewer? just download the file from here, and in the folder there will be TankViewer.swf. That should open with a browser and there you have it: tankviewer.

If you don't know how to do that, (though i guess you do), right-click the file, under "Open with" choose a browser. If browser not there, browse for a browser.

It seems to be as a .zip file for you..... maybe unzip it, that would help. Go to the file location and unzip it. I don't really know exactly, but that would be my guess............

because when i tried making the tank viewer a google chrome feature it only came up as a explore feature.

Well, the dell laptop-ness of it makes no difference, it depends on the OS.

 

But like DaSpamer says, just wait. No good thing comes without a bit of waiting ;)
