[Declined] Daily rewards?

We have daily missions as challenges to complete for fun, but why not a daily rewards box in which the rewards get better each day you log in? I know we already have weekly rewards for doing missions, so this might be a bit much, so I came up with an idea.

 

Say there would be the rewards box, that pops up when you go into the garage, and when opened, you can choose one of three options. Rewards could be a number of supplies (excluding gold boxes), crystals, a few free MU's for a turret of your choice, or maybe a discount? Maybe after a month of logging in, you'd get to choose from hulls/turrets, say an M1 hunter, an M0 Thunder, and M1 Vulcan.

 

These would be or people of low rank. Higher ranked players would get higher levels of turret/hulls, but NOT for free! These rewards could be 75% off since you;ve been playing for a MONTH straight to earn it. Maybe you don't like the options you were given and you worked for a month to get equipment you hate? Well, you could get three refreshes, the first being free, then the next could be a number of crystals to fit the ranking of the player.

 

You'd also have 24 hours till the next daily reward to collect what you were given. This would also help us free players to get supplies to aid us against those crazy druggers. I don't drug, but my form of it is a Titan and shaft. It's drugging without drugs!

 

Anyway, I feel this would be a way to help us free players in obtaining higher grade weaponry without paying money to get the crystals to do so. Also, a month is a long time and within that time, you'd have leveled up a good 5-10 times. Plus the fact it takes at least a year to get to Generalissimo, you have only 12 times to get higher grade equipment, so it won't be like that Oprah Winfrey meme where in the case she'd be going:

 

"M2 for you! M2 for you! M3 for you!"

 

There are plenty of hulls and turrets, so getting them isn't going to be common by any means, but will be a lot easier than saving up for half a million crystal XT equipment as an example. Plus, like I said, each week you do your daily missions in a row, the more stuff you get, which is why I say to keep these daily rewards to a minimum. Maybe you get 500 crystals to start, and goes up by 50 each day, and for supplies, you get five of one kind (excluding gold boxes) and it stays that way, but each week it goes up by five, so one week you get five of say double damage, but the next week you'd get 10, then 15 the next and 20 the last.

 

After each month, the rewards will start over. Say you go a year straight of doing this, who knows how many hundreds of supplies you'd get each day? And then, what would be the point of spending crystals to get them? Maybe for each time you rank up, the amount of crystals you start off with goes up by 100 to keep up with the ever rising prices for MU's and such? Although, the awarded supplies will remain the same throughout.

 

Another bit to this would be if you wanted to get TWO of the three options? Well, that's a big reward, which should be hefty in price. Say for low rankers, 2,500, mid rankers 5,000 and high rankers 10,000. Fair enough, right?

 

Wait...wouldn't this aid the druggers too? Well, we can't really punish them for using something provided in the game. That's not fair in any way, shape or form. It's mainly to aid us free players to keep up somewhat in the race against paying players. I mean, I'm still seeing all M0 players, but at the same time, people with M3 equipment on occasion. I mean, an M0 railgun with double damage on an M3 Hornet with no double armor even will do merely half of their health.

 

I'm even stuck on M1 equipment still, but being a shaft user, I can keep up and still nail 10 k/ds. 23/50 on M1 Shaft is still powerful against M2 players. 173.1 x 2 (with double damage) = 346.2. Most M2 hulls lacking double armor cannot survive such a shot. 173.1 alone is still quite powerful alone. for Titan and Dictator M2, it's a full power shot and just a tap of the space bar after reload.

 

But, and M2 Shaft would really put me back in the game, but there is no way I can save up for it from my rank. These daily rewards would really help me a lot if I were to be lucky enough to get the M2 as a choice because I am slowly falling behind, so thi would be a GREAT addition to help us free players.

I'm not sure if you were playing the game back then, but daily rewards were actually in the game for over 4 years and they were replaced by daily missions. And as you may know, we don't accept ideas for bringing back features, which were removed from the game.

 

The reason daily rewards aren't such a good idea is because the system could be easily abused by taking advantage of having multiple accounts. Something that many players would do (myself included) is have multiple accounts and log into the game on all of them every day to collect the reward, but only play using one account. That way they accumulated free supplies and crystals on their mult accounts and could later use those supplies to terrorise honest lower ranks, who only have one account and nowhere near the same amount of supplies. It also wasn't fair to developers as it totally devalued supplies.

 

Sure, players can still complete daily missions on multiple accounts and accumulate rewards fairly easily (such as collecting boxes), but it's still slightly more difficult and fair. With daily rewards some people had over 100 accounts and even used an automated program to collect rewards, so they can't do that now.

Many of the missions can easily be completed with a mult acc or friend, such as "collect boxes" and "finish first".

 

Missions need to be revamped.

That's why I complete all the missions, but claim rewards for just one of the missions you complete. Lol, I think I already found a way to abuse the missions^^

 

 

Lol, jk I really don't know if that's called abuse, but I'm doing it.
