When you log onto the forum it is very easy to type in a wrong number or the number is too blurry to see when you enter the security code section. My idea is to not have the forum remove your username from the username section. I hate typing my name just to see it say "The security code you entered does not match the one given" and have to retype the username.

 

Also, I know that there is remember me option but still, shared computers...

Good idea. I don't know if it's in developers'/admins' power to change this, but until this is fixed, I suggest you just switch the captcha a few times to get a simpler word so that you don't make a mistake. I usually get a easily distinguishable number after one or two changes and never make a mistake. I think saving your details so that they auto-complete also helps.

I sometimes still make mistakes, though it appears to be a simple word. And I even don't know what I did wrong then  :huh:

 

Edit: Eventually when you are working on this, could you also fix the following thing: After trying to login into the game with the wrong password, please select the password field afterwards again. Thank you!  :)

Yeah, I sometimes fail once, type in the name and security code then forget to type in the password.

Please don't bump topics for no reason. Your suggestion is straightforward, so there is not much to discuss or comment here. It has already been reported to developers, so now it's a matter of time before they get around to fixing it. But as I'm sure you realise, this is not such a serious issue and therefore does not require immediate attention. Not to mention that it concerns the forum, which makes me think this is not worth fixing at all, since it causes minimal inconvenience compared to the whole scale of the game and its community.
