Do you think that turrets/hulls will become balanced with this update?

Bad Tanki.  Very bad Tanki.  They're taking away the uniqueness of each hull, and messing up a game that, to me, was pretty well balanced already.  Do not want.

 

The only reason I can think of is that the devs have been drugging too much (and I don't mean double-damage boxes).

Btw I don't think the wiki's numbers are final. They are likely subject to change, so don't start making assumptions right now!

This is totally gonna ruin tanki. Twins is getting a Big buff . So is Thunder and Freeze. Twins is the last thing that needs a big buff. While Railgun is getting a HUUUUUGGGGGEEE nerf. Seriously.ill be lucky if my Railgun M2 can 1 shot a M0 Hornet !!

Actually all players hate it to be 1shot.

 

I have an account where I have a Rail M1.5, that has a pretty good chance to take out even M1 hornets with 1 shot. Sometimes even M0 Hunters explode on first contact.

 

So how awesome might the gameplay be?

I enter a DM on a larger map with fewer players (cross 5 players, Alexandrov 7 players, ..) and they die like flies.

Often they do not even see me, backstabbed from behind or spiked by a rail out of nowhere.. 5..10sec after they spawned.

 

>> After 5 minutes they usualy all leave the battlefield.

 

Obviously it makes no fun to them.

Sure it is a nice feeling to be overpowered.. but this can't be the target of a multiplayer game.

 

 

 

With the new rail I need 2shots for them; while I can deliver those 2 shots far quicker then before. Sounds like a fair deal to me.

amk....Shaft is shafted...it is already the most unpopular in several popular maps. Many times, when you join a battle with the shaft, the same-team players try to chase you out of the team battles, which does not make it fun to continue playing.

 

Apart from that we already have very limited choices of maps to play, where you dont feel like uninvited, which itself makes the game sometimes boring. Now Shaft is made redundant and obsolete.

 

The developers should really read the chat lines to know how unpopular shaft is, now they made it even more unpopular. 

I like the shaft update, it will be one of the best turrets to use - medium range, long range, even polygon DM. Faster loading, faster recoil. Yeh, small nerf, but you could 1 hit without drugs only 2 hulls before aswell - nothing really changed. And if you want to get that damage up, get a alternator - problem solved.

The current balance is perfect. There is no need to change it.

 

Isida M4 and Mammoth M4 is currently strong, but after this new update they will become useless.

 

Please leave the statistics of M4 Isida and M4 Mammoth as they currently are now.

To be honest, there are so few answers to the question "Why?". Unfortunately, I don't believe that developers will change their decision. Maybe a little corrections in the parameters, but the whole "balance", I don't think so.

 

Have you considered that you use some other combo?

IMO the fact is that the developement of Tanki X was so expensive that devs and admins absolutely want to collect as many players as possible to monetize the game, even by making the TO players prefering Tanki X to Tanki Online by making updates that are clearly benificial for developers ONLY ! (and for buyers too)

THIS UPDATE WILL BE THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMEL'S BACK.   :angry:  :angry:  :angry:  :angry:  :angry:

Ok, so people we all know this update is terrible. Then what can we do? We need the developers to realise making useless updates is... well... useless... Tanki Staff OPEN YOUR EYES!!! We don't own Tanki, We didn't create Tanki. But we pay your salary, we pay your bills, we keep your game alive, we make Tanki. If all buyers were to stop buying Tanki would shut down, you guys wouldn't be able to pay the bills and buy food, etc. So making money off us as quickly and recklessly as you can won't draw in any more customers. It just draws them out instead of in. Make some updates for the non-buyers too, Tanki is supposed to be fun for all, not just for people with money. Its obvious that if the mojurity of Tanki players don't like the new update its not really good then.. Every single updates you guys make adds more stuff for the buyers and less for the non-buyers.

Even the paint seperation update got you more money. Now you have to buy a paint AND a module seperate. I wonder how many people will leave this time. You guys already lost enough players at the paint seperation update, but if you guys want to lose more be my guest....

They said that the turrets that used to unlock before marshal get buffed and those that unlocked latter get nerfed.

 

What BS

 

Firebird got a buff.

Isida got a nerf.

Hammer was horribly HORRIBLY nerfed.

M3 twins gets a huge price buff and damage buff.

Now with ricochets range you might as well not even try to ricochet.

Smoky might as well not even have crits now.

Vulcan got buff? Does it need a buff?

Railgun got a huge damage nerf...

And shaft. Arcade mode gets a buff. Again. And less energy consumption... Why even use thunder now when you can use shaft?

You introduced a new Smoky mod with high impact force. -_-

Now you're reducing it in a new update. O:

 

What a jerk move.

That was not jerked.. that was planned.

They also did the same with firebird.. they reduced the afterburndamage significantly (as the M3 heating time to max. temp. is now 5 seconds instead of 2,5 seconds) - but - what a conincidence - you can buy it back (and strong it up) with an alternation..

 

Same goes for rail.

The new Rail M3 can 2shot new hornets and wasps. But the chance is not soooo bad, that the hornet will survive with just a little bit of hp. Exceeeeeeept (tataaaa !) the railgunner invests into that constant damage alternation. I mean.. it's only his tanks life, that cruicialy depends on constant "shot-to-kill" figures.. ;)

By moving rail damage and light hulls health to a critical "should die/must not" border the gameplay for railers is now "more interresting" ;)

Actually I just want to know when this game balance will take place so that I know when my last day of Tanki will be.

At least get 11k xp first.
