Double Crystal Card - Didn't get my extra crystals.

To start this off, I am sorry if this is in the wrong section, but here we go.

 

So I received a double crystal card, as I just came back to tanki. Well I seen that there were new kits and so I decided hey I really like the glaze kit, and so I went to the store and got $20 on my card, and purchased my crystals. Everything was fine until I noticed uh oh, I didn't receive my extra crystals. Which is the whole reason why I purchased! 

I purchased the $19.99 back, with my double crystal card still active. Below are screenshots of proof of everything. I would like this resolved quickly, so I can purchase the kit before it leaves for ever.

If you're using a Double Crystal Card, your bonus crystals are included in the item's description for your convenience.

There is now a new update, where once yuo have a DCC, the crystals you receive are already listed, so you will not have to calculate anything, what is said = what you receive :p
