Is it multing to use XP in free format battles?

You just don't get it do you? I said XP/BP is not good for high fund maps! not a few examples! I am speaking in general..

They are not useless one of the best combo's in the game but they are very arrogant.

Railgun is very versatile but it's not as good in certain maps like noise ctf or polygon cp I suggest railguns stay away from these, because a firebird hammer smoky twins or even ricochet would be much better, the shooting and hiding does almost nothing to titan mammoths who drug allot and its a pain to teammates, so keep railgun in low fund maps that are much larger, Does not mean I hate all railguns.

And you're saying that Poly CP is not high-fund?

I was saying poly cp is high fund for the whole topic

Then why did you say that XP/BP was only good for low-fund battles if I said I could beat your score in a Poly CP?

Bah, this whole argument is stupid. XP can be useful is any situation. Who would think rail is useless when every few  secs a large piece of your health gets taken away? It will be even better after the update for non-format games. There is no reason to argue here

Like in that arena battle this morning

You suck. That was so annoying. Next time use an m0 or be on my team puhlease  I didn't invite you just to reck me geez :P

That battle was a perfect example. The heavys could chase me (abandoning the CP), or ignore me and have me pound on them, weakening them as soon as they spawned so they went to the CP with way less health. Imo, I was more useful than a fire M2 wouldve been in that battle

Weapons like Railgun or Shaft gets broken under too much pressure, I mean, when you need quick shoots and way high DPS.

They can respawn you know, you are doing nothing by sitting away from the point, they still control it!

I wasnt a one man team ya know :D By shooting them with rail, my teammates would finish them in no time, and easily hold the point

IS rail the most effective turret in Polygon?  Obviously NOT.

Pls.. Just one M3 or M4 railgun camping in the tunnel or anywhere in the map can annoy you so much that you might even rage quit. I myself have used my rail in polygon and ended up having a really nice lead being on the top.

Although yes, in different situations it is better to switch combo's but it doesn't mean Rail can never-ever be the most effective turret in polygon.

Nothing to discuss here, really.

Hornet Railgun is a normal combination just like any other. It's possible to effectively use any hull with any turret, so no combination can be considered "multing". You can only abuse game rules by the way you use your tank and if you are using a weaker tank than something else in your garage (e.g. me using my mammoth isida M0 in a normal battle instead of any other M3 tank I have)

Now is it multing to use a normal combo in a pro battle that does not have a format but the other players think it is xp?

What do you mean? If it's a non-XP battle, then obviously any combination is allowed (as long as it's the highest grade you have).

yup, use hunter freeze and people still think I am breaking a rule.

On that account I have freeze with 50 upgrades and hunter with 30 so yes it is my best combo

I would say, if you are the only non-xp/bo player in that battle, and they kindly ask you to switch to rail or please leave.. then you should follow their wish. You break no rule, but sticking to your prefferences while destroying a game for 9 others (if 5vs5) _on_purpose_ is simply a very bad attitude (it is on purpose if they ask you kindly to leave and you dont).

I mean.. they have been here before you, they have already agreed to something that makes obviously fun to them, and if you dont change you are the single person that is between them and their beloved game experience. Also you and your combo can play in any battle, while they need players with the same mindset and plan to play togehter.

But I also have to say, that those XP/BP players are not very "skilled" in "asking politely".

Most of the time they say something like "change to rail, noob", "fk off, noob freeze", "freez out, damn noob".. and I can understand that this makes any tanker switch into personal defense, and into beein stubborn.

A little microupgrade on interpersonal skills would do those "non format" xp/bp players good :P

For the fact sheat: No. You break no rule.

For your emotional intelligence score: You just mess up their game

For their emotional intelligence score: most of the time they are incapable of explaining it in a sensible way and asking you politely to find your luck in another battle.
