Daily Missions Tanki Online

The Daily Missions on Tanki Online superseded the daily handout of rewards for simply logging into the game, the idea was to get people to play a game or two to actually earn the rewards. I am guessing it was previously possible to log in, take the rewards and leave the game, then repeat this the following day. I do not know if that was possible as I never tried, I wanted to play the game every day. In the game now, when you enter the game for the first time each day, you are presented with three Daily Missions, an example is shown below. There is normally a mixture of Boosters and Crystals on offer, though some days all three may be just one or the other.

The maps and game modes you play to earn the daily mission rewards will vary from day to day although it does appear that the maps you are directed to are quite limited with the likes of Polygon, Sandbox, Rio, Kungur, Tribute and Future being the most frequently occurring. Depending on your rank and experience, you may be requested to capture up to three flags or capture 10 Control Points (note that the capture of control points can be shared with other players in your team). The mode of games varies too, to include all four modes - Catch the Flag; Control Points; Death Match & Team Death Match.Whatever you are challenged with, any action you perform on a battle map does not count unless you have at least one player on the opposite side (in team battles) and at least one more player in Death Match battles. For example you need to come first in a battle, and you are playing a team game of either Catch the Flag, Control Points or Team Death Match, you can not get your reward unless you finish first or equal first in your team AND there is at least one player in the opposing team in the game at the time it finishes. You can access the Daily Mission pop up box at any time while you are in the game so you can check your progress in any given mission or just to get a reminder of what your daily missions are. Simply select the 'Missions' tab at the top of your window.

Changing Daily Mission

When presented with your daily missions you may not like playing a particular map, or do not have the confidence to catch a flag, in this case, there are some options open to you:-You can change all three missions individually once for free - but only once. Thereafter you pay in crystals and this amount can vary. If even after changing all of the missions, you still do not like what is offered, you can ignore them and maybe you will get some rewards without actively chasing them, or pay in crystals to change one or more of them again.

Tips For Daily Mission

While some of the daily missions may appear to be a little daunting, there are some steps you can take to make sure you can complete them every day, and here is what you can do: create a game of your own in the creating battles menu. This gives you the opportunity to be the first player in a battle, meaning you can catch a flag, capture some control points and grab booster boxes before the game is properly underway but remember the following: wait for another player to join the game, otherwise any action you perform will not count for anything. In Capture the Flag mode, enter the game and immediately go to the enemy base and take the flag. Return the flag to your team base and wait for an enemy player to join the game, then finish the flag capture. In Control Points mode, get close to a control point but do not activate it until a player joins the enemy team. To grab a number of supplies, plan a route to get you around the map to grab as many of the supplies you need. As soon as another player joins the game, race around and pick the boxes up.

I have to say, I think the tips for getting the missions done fast are kinda scummy. It's not cool at all to get an early lead in the match just for some crystals or supplies. Get the missions with legit effort imo.  <_<

But, on the other foot, nice article.  :P

...and? Not a whole lot of umph to this one, if you feel me. Just kinda outlining a feature of the game that we all know about. However, the only way to get better at writing is to write, so keep writing.
