I have a problem with battles i can enter but can't kill anyone or collect crystals not to mention there is a major time lag for every other tank i have tried using different servers like safari and mozilla can anyone help please :(

well you know how at the beginning of a battle you are transparent well i am stuck in that state and nothing else happens no one moves

There's a square button on the top row of your keyboard. The magic number is [F5] :wink:

Actually I think that you have problems with your provider like all other players from abroad.

Open CMD.EXE. Print there pathing tanionline.com and than wait about 3 minutes. Than send me results by PM. Also I advice you to write help@tankionline.com.

I'm a Warrant Officer Class 3 not a Sergeant thank you. :|

i have just recently bought crystals and had upgraded my weapons and tanks i had equipped both of my many few upgrade. but when i go into battle i ether get an upgraded gun parts or an upgraded tank. i exit the games i join losing all my credibility.!!!! if i equipped my upgraded gun parts my upgrade tanks are missing but if i equipped my upgraded tanks the upgraded guns parts are missing. yet i can still go back to the garage and get them by equipping them after leaving a battle and going back to the garage???? please help me..

I go into the garage but he loading bar on the page wont come up only the tank background i cant buy the new weapon or anything cuse it loads nothing but i can go into battle and hall of fame i ranked up to 1st sergeant and i cant get in the garage it sucks it feels like i got something great and it was for nothing :-[ i think something wrong with the garage.

меня взломали что делать? то есть истратили большее количество кристаллов а мне надо их надо вернуть это можно сделать?было примерно 1150-1200 кристаллов а стало 145

lol, compared to me thats a lot. I do on average 2 and a bit hours a week. :(
