[Declined] Votes in new updates

Recommended Posts

Before a new update is published, there should be a voting system for the players. Each player can vote once on each aspect of the new updates. Example, before the module update came out and angered everyone, there could have been a voting system. If more votes chose "No" to the module aspect of the update, the idea would be discontinued. The voting would last 1 week prior to the counting and update.

This would allow room for more ideas to be implemented and even tested by the players, as they can be discarded if the voting says. Mods and Devs can have their say in the voting too.

Declined

Developers reserve the right to do whatever they want with the game. If they want to know players' opinion about an update before it's released - they might do a poll or something. But polls will never be a single decider for whether an update will be released or not. Besides, most of the time players dislike a new change or feature before they even get a chance to test it, so voting for or against an idea before it's implemented will yield inaccurate results anyway.
