Did not get gold boxes.

I bought 50 gold boxes, and did not get them. I have the emailed receipt. So how to I contact tanki to help me with this? Does tanki have an email where I can forward the receipt?

If the items were not returned to your account after the server restart, you need to contact technical support using this form. If a loss of goods has really taken place, they will be returned to your account.
