[Declined] Idea against mults/saboteurs

We all know they are present, especially in long battles. Now, if this won't be enough, some, and I repeat SOME of the game mods seem to be very one sided and unfair. I don't want to accuse them of being part of the circus, but it seems to be close to that. Not all of them, obviously. To give you an example, two days ago I was playing a 500 minutes CP battle on Polygon. We had 3 mults in our team and no matter how many times we voted, nothing happened. The other team on the other hand could manage to kick out 2 players they didn't like during the battle, while those players were actually fighting for them. 
  The solution would be to give the decision in the hands of the players. A voting system, chat command directly connected to players, and they can vote mults/saboteurs out. Is this solution perfect? No. It can be abused by friend groups, but it's still better than wasting precious time waiting for a mod to judge the situation, or just waiting,,,because the mod will never turn up. Even worst, as mentioned before, even if the mod will turn up, they might be useless or hand in hand with the other team. Let's not dig our heads in the sand, there are corrupt mods in Tanki. 
 The system:
 - 4 vs 4 battle - if 3 players of a team vote against a player (saboteur/mult), that player would be automatically disconnected from the battle.
- 8 vs 8 battle - if 6 players of a team vote against a player (saboteur/mult), that player would be automatically disconnected from the battle.
On maps with higher team members, if let's say 70 - 80% of the players would vote against a saboteur, the same. 

The current system with the game mods is very bad. Mods are humans too and as we know, there are bad people everywhere. Plus, it takes time that can affect the battle negatively.

This exact system existed in the game a few years ago. It looked like this:

If over 50% of players downvoted a single person by clicking the "thumbs down", the person would be kicked from the battle. People quickly learned to abuse it and tried to kick everyone in their battle in order get the most fund or free a spot for their friend. Therefore system was flawed and got removed for reworking. Ideas regarding bringing back removed features are not accepted.
