Getting Vulcan M1

In my garage is a Vulcan M0 that's been sitting there for a couple months. It's fully upgraded, can't put any more upgrades on it. How do I get Vulcan M1? I have the rank for it.

You do indeed have the rank for Vulcan M1, you even have the rank for Vulcan M2, which is exactly what the problem is. If you have the rank requirement for a certain modification (M#) of equipment the game only allows you to buy that highest modification, so you cannot buy Vulcan M1, you've got to buy it M2.

 

If you do not want Vulcan M2 (or don't have enough crystals for it), no worries, you can still enjoy Vulcan M1 and that's because you already own it. You're Vulcan M0 has all the stats of a Vulcan M1, just without the looks.

Remember, this feature (only being able to buy the highest modification available) is for your benefit entirely. The feature was implemented so that tankers who want to upgrade their equipment from M0 to M3 (for example) can do so without wasting crystals on the modifications in between (M1 and M2).

I wish they would implement an update that allows us to choose modifications for a turret we want to buy by clicking on it in the stats section.
