my country and never had issues .. also if you do there is a report button on the lower right side of the page ... then they will look into it .. not sure why others are having issues with pay pal , all ways check your end to make sure there is nothing wrong ..

You bought via another Country or from your country?

If you buy from another country, the price will stay the same. Only the currency of the payment you choose may be different depending on which country you choose. E.g - choosing the location of america but choosing the pound option.

You need to choose your country for the payment. It's the payment system requirement.

Got a 2xcrystal card so I was going to get a $100 worth of crystals . Using my visa debit card , message comes back ,  an error occurred while processing the payment , please try again later . When you press the report botton on the downloaded version it sends you to the online version . Tried the online shop , got the same message , but the report button works . I tried several times on both sites and couldn't spend any money . I did send a report last night , still waiting to hear something . Anyone else have troubles like this ? Thanks

What I find so wierd, is tanki has a playerbase consisiting of largely children, who'se parents won't waste much money on virtual garbvage, as they call it, and using a credit card is out of the quesiton. Buying with sms is about 5 times more expensive and giftcards, I hear, are no more. SO then how are you supposed to earn money Tanki? Maybe adults are dumb enough to play this game, but very few do.

You want our money. But most of us don't have credit cards. Personally I never shop online. Nobody in my entire family shops online cause it could be dangerous. But luckily I don't have to for some games such as Xbox. You buy a gift card then you use it. In Tanki you should be able to buy a gift card just put the code in to recieve crystals. Much easier for people.

you don't need a credit card to buy something on Tanki, you can use PayPal and be any age. Your family won't buy you anything on Tanki because they told you that they won't buy you anything on a silly game. Plus it is not dangerous as there is a 100% guarantee you will get your money back if something happens. Also there are game gift options in Tanki such as a subway gift card which can be used from America. No offense but because you are Indian that is the most likely suggestion to why your parents do not buy you anything on the game because they are probably strict. Also we did not need your opinion which is not even related to the title of the topic, if you have a complaint then send it to help@tankionline. You also said ' you want our money ' but Tanki did not ask for your money and are simply just putting up something to buy at your free will if you want. I get this message when i try and purchase, Ive had it before and it took ages for help@tanki to sort the problem out. I cant be bothered to go through it again, There loss not mine it saves me giving anymore money to tanki when i feel like going on a spending spree  :lol:

 

 

This is because you have made several unsuccessful purchases on a same payment option and the tanki payment mechanism anti fraud activated and therefore blocked you from buying anything. You will need to provide proof of identity or wait 2 years to be able to use the payment option again.

Visa Gift Cards are out for US buyers. After buying and using many many of these, the explanation I got today was that they cannot be used for international purchases. I don't think this is a Tanki problem but it does leave me unable to put additional money into the game.

That means finally Paysafecard will be fixed and works just like before the issue 

 

UPDATE: Still paysafecard isn't back in Mexico and Poland has the same issue  :angry:  :(

You will see a search bar , write down your state/city and it will show a list of available retailers

Took me back to the paysafecard site, every click on the merchant map requires me to type a numeric code. Super suspicious.

numeric code is just a captcha 

write the numbers you see in the box

it should work fine 

though paysafecard only works in USD and EUR in Tanki , it was working for all currencies but now it doesn't sadly :(
