Rampant Clan Robbery.

 

Organized clans constantly take over games & steal hard fought crystals by being familiar with each other, organized (via Skype), highly skilled, using mults, and drugging like crazy. Especially during evenings UTC.

Battles really quickly turns into Pros v amateurs.

 

SOLUTION

May I suggest: no new entry to a battle after 1/3 of game, e.g. after 5 mins of a 15 min battle, 10/30, 20/60 min battles etc. If people leave its because result is in little doubt and few crystals to be gained.

 

Alternatively: only 1 new entry accepted per minute after 5 mins of a 15 min battle etc.

This will limit normal players' ability to enter battles, causing a massive inconvenience. Developers said that they don't want to stop clans raiding battles, but instead they want to isolate clans into their own battles so that they can fight against others of a similar kind. Meanwhile the normal battles have already been limited to just 15 minutes a few years ago, so that you don't lose as much even if you do end up getting "raided".

 

Adding your limitation will prevent clan raids like the ones you describe, but it will also make the game worse for normal players because battles won't fill up as fast and gameplay will become more dull as a result of that. It's like saying "let's shut down Tanki Online to get rid of hackers". It solves the problem, but it doesn't benefit the game overall.

Well, that too won't stop clans from raiding. They can easily just wait and join the desired match. Raiding with a team needs patience. You need to find the perfect match in which a team is somewhat empty and you also need to check that is the enemy takeover-able or not.
