A hacker that can enter your account no matter how many times you change your password

Hello, I have a really big and weird problem about my accounts.

I have 2 accounts which the usernames are: sssrare, neogod26. I have lost the password of my account neogod26 and I hope I can get it back. I am very sure that someone is using both my sssrare account and neogod26 account and I guess thats the same person. For my main account (sssrare), there's always someone always login my account while I am playing and I automatically log out. Although he never change my password, I always find that the hacker use my crystals and also use my supplies, without my permission. The hacker also plays my account and keep self destructing when my friend played and saw it. I am sure that hacker is only trying to ruin my account. I had tried to sent a gift to my second account from my first account asking why did he did that to my accounts, then the second day I found that my crystals amount turned to 0. I have changed my password many times and I even changed my email password, but the hacker is always able to log into my account! Is there any reason for that?

Maybe you always log into some phishing forum/game site which ends up giving your password to the hacker OR someone from your home, probably due to a shared PC can access your account.

Make sure your account is not linked to Facebook, if it is, un-link it. Secondly change your password and link your account with an e-mail address if you haven't already.

It is a possibility that you have downloaded a spyware or keylogger through some scam site. I strongly recommend you to run a full system scan. Also remove the unknown applications from the programs list.

Change your password. If it's linked to FB, unlink it right now. Change your Email address. It happened to me too. I Emailed help@tankionline.com and I got my account safe, within a month. Good Luck

Contact Help using this form. They can help solve your problem. But first they will have to make sure your the owner of the account(s). 

Examples: When did you create the Account, When did you make your last purchase, and Give us your IP address etc.

Also, do you use the same password for your email's and Tanki Online? If so change them. That could be why he can Log In. (You can also PM me if you still have problems :) )
