Any idea why my Forester and Green paints have turned RED? When I look at mt supplies the Health box is red too.

Tried logging out and back in but it's still the same.

Guess that's how you make a better target out of me huh?

Yea I ran CCleaner then closed and reopened the browser (firefox). Still red...and my browser cache clears every time I close it.

Started playing my other account with the client and now it keeps crashing. I.D.K. Guess it's a bad day for T.O.

Guess I'll reboot and see if any of  it improves.

Thanks for the update Cooper. Yes it looked like that.  It was only the two colors you mentioned and the repair kits in the garage.

i did a reboot and now the browser account (Quacker-crazy) had return to normal. Don't know if you guys fixed it or I did. lol

Now I see if my client played account has improved. (FotBob3)

If yes, it could be a glitch on Tanki's end and should be fixed shortly.

It's not a glitch. When loading the game resources, a small part of data may have been damaged / not loaded properly, thus causing that reddish color.

Paints' colors (aka textures) are stored in your browser (or client) cache, so if the cache fails to load completely and properly some stuff may not show or show differently from usual.

This stuff may happen due to your bad connection or TO bad communication between you and the server, sometimes even a small drop in the connection speed may cause this, but refreshing (aka reloading, thus downloading again data) usually fixes everything.

I'm only half way around the world so how could there be a "bump" on a data stream when loading? LOL Glitch or bump it's not important, It's fixed now. At least on my end it is...

I know it happens with many paints, but in OP's case, it was only these two.

These last couple of days it has occurred many times, for many players and as you can see in the screenshot, it wasn't just me who saw the paint as red, which lead me to believe it's something on Tanki's end causing this.

So it is possible to load custom paints client-sided if they are stored in your browsers cache?
